Mine is cold when I put my feet in. She didn't even pay attention. So I tell her the water is cold and she puts some hot water in. The pedicure itself is forgettable. The leg rub that comes with the hot stone pedicure is worthless. My husbands is just as lousy. They offered beverages hubs received a hot diet drink in a can. I a glass of wine. 30 minutes starter to finish. They are under new management and I received 20% off due to that. So glad I did not pay full price. The most awful job, they are not profesional. All the ladies who work in Tips n toes nails are rude. I went to fix couples of my nail with air pocket and they mess up all my nails. Also they don't follow the sanitation processes correctly. They touch my hand after touching somebody feet. That was Nasty!!! After that I explain to the manager what happened and she was unprofessional. She raise her voice and make a big drama in the store and told the go and get the service in another place. read more

This place is absolute TRASH! I went in for a pedicure. After the black lady with the dread locks finished another client, I waited an ADDITIONAL 15 MIN for her to mop up a small area by the pedicure bowls before even starting my water (as if that absolutely had to be done at that moment)! Once I started soaking in the water, she proceeds to clean another pedi bowl, taking her sweet precious time & wasting mine! When she finally started on my feet, she removed the gel polish off of ONE pinky toe then started adjusting two TVs with the remote! Then she removed polish from ONE more toe then started adjusting one of the TVs again, until Afro Beats were playing, & said, "Sorry, I can't work in silence" when she had been "working in silence" the whole time I waited for an hour for her to finally start on my feet! She proceeds to do a HORRIBLE lazy job (& didn't even know what all services were included in a "DELUXE" pedi & still didn't do everything) & had the nerve to OVER-CHARGE me! She even added an additional $5 to my bill to have gel polish removed & having regular polish put on instead (w/o even telling me ahead of time)!!! Absolutely terrible experience. I came to get my bridal nails and does and not only are 6 of my fingers bleeding, ITS NOT EVWN THE COLOR I CHOSE. Their response, "oh come back and pay$20 and we repaint" NO. ON TOP OF THAT, I have google translate on the entire time and there was nothing but trash talking. Don't even get me started on my toes. I made a 2:00 appointment, because my daughter and I only had 1 hour to get a simple manicure and we were driving 45 miles to go here. We arrived at 1:45 and was told to wait until 2:00, which is no big deal. 2:15 rolls along and they finally seat us. 5 more minutes rolls around the they put my daughters fingernails is some cold water in a bowl. They tell me to scoot over a chair because the person who was getting a pedicure needs her nails done. They begin working on my daughters nails at this time. It's now 2:30 and the lady who is getting her nails done is FAR from being done. I knew there was no way I was going to be done by 3:00. I left to run errands at this point and told my daughter to message me when that lady was finished and when she was through. At 2:55, they were finally done with the other lady, which is the time they would have sat me down to START my nails. I ended up going to Legacy Nails and in 20 minutes they had my nails completed and they look amazing. My daughters nails on the other hand do not. read more

Always make an appointment and book with Lock. I took a chance and "walked in" today. Lock was on vacation so I allowed my gel nails be done by someone else. She was very sweet and eager to please but the quality was lacking. She didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut or filed. She didn't ask the style I liked for my French manicure. It took her forever to remove my former gel. Even I know to leave the solution/foil on the nail for an extended period so that it easily comes off. The whole experience was mediocre and took way too long. Not sure I will go back. read more

I love going to this place. The nail techs are very artistic, and they have a great selection of gel colors. I love all of the deluxe pedicures they offer, and the chairs are very comfy.
