I went to this salon yesterday for a gel mani-pedi and gel polish for my sister. The location was good and the inside decor was updated and clean. However I am not happy with the service by the professionalism of one of my tech's or the tech's ability to gel paint my sisters nails. My tech consistently talked loudly about my feet. It was extremely rude. I had to say at least 9 times that I'm an active duty military officer and I'm constantly in the field. This is the primary reason I go to get a pedicure once a month. My gel paint on my big toe is smudged and messed up and the bottom of my feet were not scrubbed properly. I'm very disappointed and irritated with this. She wouldn't stop talking to me and I really just wanted to have the service and speak with my sister who I haven't seen but twice in the last 5 years. I asked why I couldn't get my mani and pedi done at the same time like they do everywhere else I've ever been from Georgia, to California, Alabama and Hawaii... she said it has to be requested. Therefore this was the absolute longest I've spent In a salon in nearly 10 years. Her massage was so weak, much like her ability to scrub the bottoms of my feet that I couldn't even feel it. Leaving me completely dissatisfied with my pedicure and the service. And again I'd like to mention how rude it is to talk about the clients feet in front of everyone else getting their service done. Not cool. My sisters nails had at least 6 total coats making them so thick it looked terrible. Also, she cut them way too short and her nails were long to begin with. The square job wasn't even square and we had to request she file them better. Absolutely atrocious. My nail artist was male and was phenomenal. I have zero complaints towards him or my gel nails. I'd recommend only him if you visit for gel polish. Lastly, and this is the worst part of all... the cost of pedicure was $57, gel manicure was $37, and just gel paint was $25. In downtown Los Angeles I pay $20 less. In Honolulu I pay $25 less. In Savannah, GA where I'm currently stationed I pay $74 for gel mani and pedi not $94... and they do a much MUCH better job. I would not recommend this salon to my enemy. They need to work on their professionalism and adjust their prices in a competitive market. It's no wonder there were barely anyone there getting service. read more

I was recommended this place by a coworker, I had always loved her nails. Since my mother was in town we decided to treat ourselves and we went. Firstly, if you feel that you are too booked to take a walk in, let the customer know kindly and maybe even suggest scheduling for a different day In hopes they come back. What we got instead when was came in was a woman asking us if we had an appointment, and telling us "let me think about it." Mind you, MANY employees sitting around with no customers, all on their phones. After an awkward amount of time she finally told us "okay" and sent us to check in. The person I had took care of my pedicure and did a great job, I have zero complaints there. But, when my mother finished her mani, she automatically paid and went outside for a phone call. Suddenly it was them rushing my manicure, basically half assed. Didn't give me my hand massage and simply said "okay wash your hands and you can go." By the time I finished washing my hands he was already on his phone relaxed. The last half of my experience was awful enough for me to decide I won't be coming back. I have never felt so awkward and unwanted at a nail salon before. It was only mid day they weren't even closing anytime soon. Secondly, for what we both got, the prices were outrageously high. I paid less when I lived in New York, and with better design, better attention to detail, and kind people. read more

They are all very friendly and down to earth. I like that they line their pedicure tubs with single use liners. The technicians are wonderful and take their time to ensure your nails are up to your standards. Nikki is great! the only downside to this nail spa is the price. For a basic pedicure the price is normal but to add gel is an additional $25 which I find surprisingly high. For a gel basic pedicure and a dip manicure the price was $140. The high price tag was not something I was aware of based off of the other yelp reviews that I read prior to my visit. I've been getting manicures and pedicures here since they opened, and I'm finally done. First of all, it's gotten progessively nasty over the years. The drills and workstations are covered with other peoples' nail dust and clippings, which obviously gross and unsanitary. It's not wear-and-tear, it's filth. Second, the vibe is awkward. If you're not a weekly-fill regular, you're treated like an inconvenience and get orders barked at you like you're you're an assembly line worker ("pick a color!", "go sit over there!"). A smile or some basic manners would go a long way. The employees sit around like they're in their living room...watching movies on their phones and chilling in the massage chairs. It's weird. I mean, maybe put your phone down for a minute and clean something...especially if your business is getting complaints of infections and nail fungus. My main complaint is the quality of work, which used to be great. I got a dip powder manicure (supposed to last weeks) and a regular pedicure. The manicure looked great at first, but started lifting in a day and a half. I have a desk job...it's not like I ruined my nails shucking oysters or something. The pedicure was rushed, sloppy, and there was polish all over my cuticles. Basically, $90 (before tips) down the drain. Go somewhere else. They don't seem to want people in their dirty living room, anyway. read more

This is THE BEST nail place in town. I've tried several throughout the years - no one compares, and I've stayed with them for about 7 years now. My gel nail mani's always last, they never ever lift, and my pedi's are always perfect. The spa is spotless, smells good, has spa music that is very relaxing, and it's pretty. My step-mom, her best friend, and I went there last weekend. My step mom got a pedicure and manicure, while her friend and I got pedicures. We all started getting our pedicures at the same time, but my step-mom finished both of her services before the two of us were even half way through our pedicures. The nails looked good, but we were there for over three hours (and it was our pedicures that took us forever). We all bought the deluxe pedicures. The chairs are nice and the service was decent. upon walking in the place looked clean.
