My 13 year old went here for he Birthday for acrylic Nails paid $100. And I am so disappointed in the Job they did . Caked on mess that are turned up and just very unprofessional, 2 hours took and they only wanted to fix on nail . she didn't wanna wait any longer so left but will never recommend or go back again. I have gone to Tip Top for a year or two. I always get the spa pedicure. It is so luxurious and worth every penny! It doesn't matter who I get, they do an amazing job. (I had to select a star rating to post my review, but this service was so horrible it doesn't even deserve 1 star). And I live in Olean, NY, not sure why it says Henderson, NV.) This was by far the worst nail service I have ever had, and I have gotten my nails done every 3 or 4 weeks for years. 2 days ago, on Sat 10/1/22, I went to Tip Top Nails for a mani and pedi in Olean, NY. First, she used the sander (or whatever that tool is called) to take off all the polish on my fingernails and toenails. She used it the whole time and didn't use any polish remover. The sander burned my fingers and toes, weakened all my nails and made some of them bleed. Secondly, she didn't use the cotton between my toes so all the polish got messed up and both pinky toe nails were only half painted. Thirdly, a portion of my thumb nails weren't painted, she didn't paint the tips and none of my nails are smooth. There are blotches on every nail and 2 of my nails have broken. She got nail polish all over my fingers and left a lot of it (see photos). When I politely pointed out the mistakes and pain she caused me, she got mad AT ME!!! $65 of my hard earned money down the drain and now I have to go somewhere else and have them fixed, which will cost at least ANOTHER $70! She even had the audacity to ask me for a tip. Are you kidding me? I would appreciate a message back from Tip Top Nails, but judging the way the worker acted towards me while doing the service, I would be very surprised to get any customer service feedback. Disappointed and mad is an understatement for this EX- customer! read more

Went here for my graduation nails in June. I probably would have wanted something a little more for $50 yet they were very pretty. The nail artist cut into my fingers a little with the buffer or grinder which hurt and ached afterwards. All my friends loved them and asked where I got them done so that's a plus! read more

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. I have been coming here for years. They provide excellent nail care to their customers. I normally get the gel nail polish and it lasts roughly 2 months! I have to peel off the nail polish myself because it starts to look gross after that long. For a mani/pedi, the prices are on the more expensive side, but it is worth those extra five dollars you would be spending somewhere else. I normally make an appointment because they are always busy, but they will usually accept walk-ins if you don't mind waiting 30-45 minutes. Definitely check them out. read more

This place came highly recommended so I was expecting it to be decent. My entire pedicure took less than 25 minutes. Less than one minute of massage and possibly 30 seconds to "scrub" the bottoms of both my feet ( I am not young and do not have baby soft feet). The person I went with got gel and they completely skipped a step. They also left polish all over her toes. As soon as she was told her next client was here the manicurist sloppily did the last coat. Maybe they are the only game in town but I was terribly disappointed- and I'm not picky. I will do my own pedicures anytime I am in Olean area any length of time. I made an appointment for 6pm for a full set and pedicure. I was still waiting for my pedicure at 640. Finally got done with the pedicure and sat and waited another 25 minutes to get my full set. Finally just left. There is no point to make appointments if they aren't going to be kept. I understand running over a few minutes but 40 is excessive. 2 stars because my pedicure was phenomenal. read more

If you choose to go to this salon, make sure you have an appointment, because walk-ins are not welcome. As a customer, I was told to come back at a later time because they were too busy. A second time I came to the salon I was told I come at the wrong times because they were too busy again although the place was empty. There was no attempt made to set an appointment. I walked in (did not make an appt) at 4:20pm for a quick fill when they close at 5:00pm. I was turned away saying they did not have time for me because they close. All of the employees were there and there were two customers being taken care of. It is absolutely rude and a horrible way to run a businesses. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more
