She was rude, aggressive, and took advantage of me. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to have a friend come and help me and she acted with aggression and annoyance. She never once apologized for ruining my hair and making it orange. I ultimately realized she wouldn't be able to fix her damages whatsoever. I had to get this fixed and was in disbelief at how terrible she not only did my hair but made me feel.
