The store staff has always been very helpful to anyone who walks in. Went in a decade ago because I needed a cigarette holder for my debilitated father who was terminally ill. So gracious and helpful. This shop is now the only place that sells kratom in the area to my knowledge- several varieties and with good turnover so it isn't sitting stale. All the other local shops only had yellow gold or needed to order the length I needed. The pagoda had the white gold and length I wanted in several diff chain styles. I spent a little more to get the warranty and I'm so happy I did! A few weeks ago I fell asleep in my necklace with my hair down, it got a kink in it when they tangled. I brought it in with the warranty and a super friendly welcoming girl helped me pick out a replacement chain. No issues honoring my warranty 2 days before it expired.
