There was a stain on the coat that was there before they "cleaned it " . She claimed they couldn't get it out . I literally scratched it completely off with my nail in front of her -_- . She then gave me a discount . Also there was straight long hair stuck on several parts of my coat . I have very short curly hair . I just picked up my clothes today. Five pieces. Each of them have several snagged threads and the ironing is really bad as you can see the marks. The color of one of my jackets is faded because it was over ironed or excessive chemical was used. I'm very disappointed and frustrated as I trusted them with my designer and expensive clothes. This has been my go-to dry cleaners for the past two years!! They have the best prices that I have seen for any cleaners in the Willowbrook area. Their hours are very accommodating. I am able to get in their both before and after work with no rush. They have same-day service as long as you are there before 9am. Even without the same-day service, I have never waited more than 48hrs for any amount of clothing to be cleaned and returned to me. I appreciate the ladies that are working there. I have not had a good experience with this business. First they could not locate my daughter's comforter, and after 2 months of asking I got a call from the owner that the comforter had gotten caught on their machine. This is the 2nd comforter that comes back uneven with bumps all over. I gave them another chance with my husband's Hawaiian shirts- these are made of silk and they are expensive, so I emphasized to the girl at least 4 times that they needed to be dry-cleaned. To my dismay, when I picked them up they had shrunk and lost their luster - which means they washed them. I am done with this business - their lack of attention has cost us $$$ - I'm never coming back. read more

I'm updating my review of Tip Top Cleaners on Cutten Road. They are now UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! The new owners let me look in the "lost and found" and I found my missing two articles of clothing. They were cleaned but had no identifying tickets on them. The new lady apologized for the old owners neglect and didn't charge me for the dry cleaning. I promised the owner that I would update their review and let people know that they are NEW and are committed to providing excellent service to their customers. I'm willing to give them a chance but I will make sure to write myself a note/list of my clothing articles from now on. read more

Recently I brought one of my dresses and they brought to my attention some spots (which I thought wasn't going to come out) but they did and my dress was like if it was new... I came here to have a dress of mine cleaned and I can attest it was a HUGE mistake. I had to come back twice. The first set back was that they did not remove all the stains and then went to the cleaners to find that my dress had a foul odor coming from it that still hasn't completely gone away. Not to mention, my once whute dress is now an off white. I'll be taking it to my regular cleaners from now on. This experiment was not worth it. I stopped using these cleaners about a year ago because of poor attention to detail and below average customer service. Nothing noteworthy here, just wanted a change of scenery. It was too convenient of a location for me though, and I ended up giving them a chance 2 months ago. Everything had be satisfactory until my last visit on 12/12. I picked up my clothes without issue. On Tuesday morning, I go to put my khaki wool dress pants on, and they are at least an inch short and very tight around the waste. I brought in 2 pairs of dress pants that day. My dark grey slacks were a little tight around the waste and not noticeably short. My khaki dress pants are very short and tight. It was obvious to me that they screwed something up and shrunk my pants. I brought them back on Wednesday, 12/14, and explained my issue with the service. I have never heard or seen of something like this, but I had to bring this to the attention of the dry cleaners. The person I spoke to was friendly and said that his partner, Said, would reach out to me the next day. Although I did not have my receipt, he was able to identify the tag number used on my pants so they could investigate. Friday comes around and I have not heard from Said. I follow up with the Cutten Road location and I am told Said has been in the hospital for 2 days and would follow up with me Monday. I kept him in my prayers this weekend but was hoping His great spirit would find a way to bring my form-fitting dress pants back. I didn't hear from him on Monday, so I followed up on Tuesday. The Cutten Road location followed up with Said, and I finally received a phone call. Not only did he refuse to offer any explanation as to what happened, he proceeded to question whether I have gained weight. He thought that a weight gain would explain why my pants shrunk more than 1 inch in the leg and were tight around the waste. Mistakes happen, and I was hoping that they would acknowledge this mistake and provide a solution for my issue. Not only did they deny any wrongdoing, they proceeded to disrespect me. Said- you have my phone number. If you decide to do the right thing, I am more than happy to reconsider doing business with your organization and update my review. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!! I took 15 pieces (1 suit, 2 sport coats, 4 trousers and 7 shirts) here. I have been using these guys for about 3 years and had no issues and good service. But it seems to have changed hands or something. When I got my clothes back, the smell of cleaning fluid was overwhelming. They offered to redo them and they smelled just as bad the second time. I complained and the girl said they had other complaints too and had told their laundry to clean their machines. They offered to try again and I refused. They wouldn't give my money back either since they had cleaned them twice!! I took the clothes to another cleaner and explained the problem and when I got them back again, they still smelled. Bottom line, they have completely ruined $1,200 worth of clothes that I now need to replace. No point going after them. All I can do is post this warning. read more
