Okay. Let me start this off by saying I have NEVER gotten a bad set of nails before but these... are absolutely awful. The edges weren't smooth, the polish was bumpy, and the nails were uneven. I had them take them off as soon as they were done because I showed the two other girls I went with how they looked and they both agreed they looked horrible. First of all this isn't even the length I wanted. The nail tech I got didn't want to do long nails. I'd honestly stay very very very far away from this nail salon. Very disappointed! I have attempted this place 4 times and have ONLY been happy once! Charged me way more than the first time I had gotten them done, even having the same color and same process. The nails after getting outside in real light, I noticed that the polish did not even reach my cuticle, it is as if it is half polished and then the very next day the gel polish had already chipped! My daughter and I made an appointment to get our nails done yesterday at 6pm. i got my nails done without any issue. My daughter's nail tech worked on her nails then had her go to get under the dryer. I paid for our nails when I was done. it must have been close to closing time (?). The nail tech started to rub oil on her hand and rubbed off the polish! My daughter went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The manager (?) asked my daughter to go over to the side while he and another worker talked about what to do. The manager offered my daughter a gift card, she lives in NC! the manager yelled at my daughter and told us we treated the workers badly and refused the gift card! He told us to get out! So the business stole $30 from us! I have never been treated so poorly! BBB post is next! buyer beware!! read more

I have been going to this salon on and off for the past 12 years. Four weeks ago I booked appointment with Lee for a pedicure and full set of acrylics. Initially i was amazed because i have NEVER had my acrylics done perfectly for me, but he did a perfect job. Four weeks later, I need to go back for a refill and a pedicure, but all my polish is still on my nails. My nails need filled, but it is the first time ever that my acrylics have stayed on my fingers. I want to add that i have been helping my husband remodel our kitchen, so my hands have been pretty beat up, but after a quick nail brush, I am ready to roll with perfect nails. This is my go to place for my nails because they do the powder unfortunately today I have to say this will be my last time. I have frequented this establishment for years and I am finding that my money does not spend like the white people. I watch what kind of service others get and I don't get that same service. Not good. Pedicures done by kids that don't stop talking and do a mediocre job. Unprofessional and not a great experience. I don't blame the kids but the owner. After my pedicure I talked to numerous customers that had bad experiences. A few were injured during their manicures, some had issues with the conversations by the staff during their pedicures, and others had issues with the owners lack of passion and customer service. Non of these customers, including myself are hard to please. Do not recommend this place but sincerely wish the kids working there successful careers and lives. read more

I came in and immediately got sat which was great. But the workers not so much. I listened to them talk bad about other employees which was completely unprofessional and rude. Then the lady that did my nails did not make them all the same shape along with adding layers upon layers of product onto them making them bubbly. She also made half of them crooked. I would not recommend this place. I went to get my acrylics removed, and the guy who cleaned my nails up at the end just kept trying to sell me more things. He put top coat on in a hurry. It was so nasty I just took it off when I got home. He drilled my nails too thin and they broke badly and painfully. He was more interested in me spending more money than making my nails looking good. This guy ruined this whole place for me, and I hope you'll pick somewhere else so he doesn't ruin your nails too. read more

It's true that they are busy and getting in as a walk-in seems a bit impossible ... but I've scheduled an appointment for my last 3 services and all have gone well. I am only rating this place 2 stars because they do a good job with pedicures. However, this is the second time I have tried for a manicure with the shellac gel and have been very disappointed. The first time was for my wedding and they had chipped the very next day and had trimmed my nails super short. The next time was just the 2 days ago and the ends are beginning to lift. I have been years ago when they had first opened and they were so rough I had bled. They are not worth the price. Because they're nearly the only ones in the area is why I have returned, but I believe this is my last time. I have my own shellac kit and when I do my own nails they last longer than when I get them done here. The only reason I liked to go once in i to get them done, is for the full treatment. Save your money. I have never had a worse gel manicure in my life. I took my friend here to get her nails done before a proposal. Hers turned out awful, mine turned out worse. I felt horrible her nails looked like that for her engagement. I asked the lady doing my nails to shape a nail a little more and she just ran the file over it in one swipe and said "it's good." My nails were uneven, not covered all the way to the ends, polish was in my cuticles, I had multiple nails with something stuck under the polish creating a bump, and even a polish drip that cured on the side of a nail. Then, to top it off, they peeled right off in four days without any kind of picking at them. read more

I caution anybody entering this salon. I got fungus on my fingers from this place of business. I am a medical professional & can say that I have seen Listerine being used to clean their tools & instruments. In addition, they tried to overcharge me on several occasions for services never rendered to me. They messed up my nails & toes on many occassions, yet I gave them chance after chance because frankly, there is nowhere else to go in the town of Wooster. They do a subpar job for a premium price. Lived in Chicago, Dallas, & Indianapolis before I moved to Wooster & I know if they were in business there they would be closed down in one day. They stay open because there is no real competition. This is not a good business. Exceptionally rude. I will never step foot in that business again. In finality, as a business owner myself, they should be embarrassed for their level of professionalism which is lacking to say the least as well as delivering a low quality product that pales in comparison to truly elite nail salons all over the U.S. they get a 0/10 in my book. read more

Had a great experience here! Made an appointment, got in right away and the pedicure was great. They were super busy because is was Sat morning, but all good! Update...we have continued to patronize but have had 2 bad experiences now and will not go back. We had appointments and they over booked and our appt was pushed back. Then we decided to do a walk in and were told about 30 minute wait, after an hour they sat us in the spa chairs with warm water, no jets and let us sit there for 30 minutes. They were obviously busy and didn't take the time to say it would be a long time, just kept trying to get us to stay. We finally put on our shoes. So sorry as a couple of the girls are really good and I like them but poor management. Went back again....this time on a Friday after work, we walked in and they were able to do our pedicures. We waited about 10 minutes and got us back together. I always have received good mani and pedi services, it's just the wait and client management/scheduling issues. read more

I use to go here all the time, but i won't go back. I got a pedicure with gel polish and dipped nails. My toes are uneven and a few toes are missing polish on the sides. My nails were two different colors, I asked them to redo my nails and they didn't take any of the polish off, they just painted over top. Now they are super thick and even. I am not happy. read more

Was visiting from out of state and needed pedi and fill. Picked out my color - everything went well with pedi but the fill was horrific! I gave the gentleman the bottle of polish that was used on my toes - he walked away and did something but came back with the same bottle. He wasn't friendly and after 27 years of nails I know procedure. He said they were dry and I asked him to just let them dry a little longer but he said "no, they are dry and I am going home". Of course as I walked out one nail smudged and I walked back in to get it fixed. You could tell he was upset. I let it dry to my desired time and left. The second issue happened when I got back to my daughters house that the toes were the right color but my fingers - while very close - was fluorescent pink and lighter in color. They were going to close and I had a funeral the next morning so I couldn't have it fixed. I did call to complain but wasn't even offered to come back and have it fixed on Saturday or offered a partial refund but again, I couldn't have gone back on Saturday anyways because of a funeral in Canton. It's still the thought ... Horrible Service from manicurist and manager of salon! Needless to say I will NEVER go back!! read more
