Nikolija was very validating that my experience at the previous salon was not acceptable and it was very clear she wanted me to leave feeling happy and confident about my nails. She also recommended a healthier option (Gel-X) which I'm super excited about. My other friend and I had back to back appointments and Nikolija made sure to use a non scented product to be mindful of my friend being pregnant. The vibe was super chill and relaxing. Towards the end she had cut some of my cuticle skin off but she didn't cut it off all the way so I just had cuticle skin hanging off my fingers. Literally. I figured she would eventually cut it off at the end or something but I had to ask her to cut it off. She made me bleed on two fingers while she was cutting my cuticles off. My nails are also very bumpy and have hair stuck underneath the polish.
