I have been taking my dog to Susie for well over a year and had been very satisfied with her skill. However, during the last two visits my pet had to be drug into the building. The price time before last was increased $10. Michelle said she felt it necessary to increase. OK; however, when I went in for the next visit (six weeks later) as I was picking up my pet the price was an additional $25. While my dog is large and does not like her paws trimmed, I take her to be groomed every six to eight weeks. I suppose I would not have been so upset if Michelle or Susie had bothered to tell me "before" I brought her in. I felt very badly to be told as I was paying that the fee had been increased by 25%. Michelle is a lovely person and I wish her success with this business; but it will be without my patronage.

I called and brought her back and they did fix the problem. The groomer said she would put this in her notes. I just took her here for the third and last time. The lady asked if I wanted the same as last time I said yes and just reminded them of the fix that they did last time. When we picked her up she was butchered!!! She is almost completely shaved and it is absolutely nothing like we have ever discussed before. The downside to it is that it might have messed with her undercoat and it may never be the same. She definitely could've at least waited to jump down his throat for the mistake though. Some animals had decent habitats. Some didn't. Most of the beta fish are in vases, and the one in the smallest vase had a plant it was on the brink of dying under. I wasn't super happy all around, but brownie points for trying I suppose. Do your OWN research before going and selecting / saving a pet, as animals like their hedgehog need a bit more love than it's currently receiving.
