My dog was bit on a Thursday, I received a call letting me know it was a small scratch, it was NOT a small scratch. I called Friday and was told a manager would call me back. They did not. Today Monday, my dog is swollen, even while we cleaned the wound daily he was infected. I called again, finally the manager speaks with me. Does not apologize, just agrees that the bite was not a small scratch. I asked for the dog that bit my dogs date of vaccination, the manager Erin, did not want to provide I am now at the vet who asked for the exact same thing, I let him know they wouldn't provide me with this information. He called Erin and she once again refused to provide the date of vaccination. The vet is now calling Animal Control so this information can be released. I am so disappointed with the way they have handled this situation. A daycare is supposed to take care of pets not neglect them. !!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!

Normally, I won't do reviews on businesses that I haven't frequented myself. It's only a two-minute drive from our home, and just the signage alone makes you want to go check it out! We have an Australian Shepherd male and an Irish Setter/Chocolate Lab/Chow mixed female (both "fixed"). Due to my mobility issues, and the great reputation Yer Dirty Dawg has, it's definitely on our to-do list.

The young man who greeted me and my spouse was extremely kind and happy to help us. Who I'm assuming was the owner was nice at first. After a misunderstanding/miscommunication she didn't miss a beat to let down her customer service mask. But hey, I get it. We're all human. She definitely could've at least waited to jump down his throat for the mistake though. Some animals had decent habitats. Some didn't. Most of the beta fish are in vases, and the one in the smallest vase had a plant it was on the brink of dying under. I wasn't super happy all around, but brownie points for trying I suppose. Do your OWN research before going and selecting / saving a pet, as animals like their hedgehog need a bit more love than it's currently receiving.
