And they have 0 tact and respect when speaking to the customer. I've never had a bill less than five hundred dollars for just a yearly check up. But we pay it, because we care about our animals. Last time I went. They charged me $1,500. We were only seen for about 45 minutes, my dog had an ear infection. They told me the next time I bring my dog in that I needed to sedate him. Because he's hyper, not aggressive. But because he's hyper. I agreed to do so, but I have never had to give my dog such large set of pills. This required some extra time before bringing my dog into the vet. So on the next visit, i did as they ask, but because I was 12 minutes late. They canceled my appointment and told me to leave, reschedule and come back anything time. Meanwhile, my dog was already going through sedation, getting drowsy and had blood shot red eyes. If you don't see this as a problem, I guess you can go to this place. But for me, this is insane that you would allow a dog to be sedated and then not see him. Because of twelve minutes difference. The only reason I was bringing him in was to verify and see if he had an ear infection. He is a German Shepherd and this is a common issue for this breed. I was looking for some alternative options to help get rid of his ear infection. I was even willing to pay the $1,500 yet again. For their 45 minutes of advice. But clearly they don't care about the animal that is not their priority. They want to turn through clients quickly. And if you are an inconvenience to that, then there's the door. Im sure they would love to charge me for more sedation pills to, and why not just drug your dog twice in 1 day for being hyper.. a dog... anyways.... After I tried to express to them my concern with this poor business experience in the lobby, while seating down, and calmly petting my dog, the older lady at the front desk with white hair decided to stand up and talk over me. Telling me that I needed to be on time. I'm not saying she's wrong. But you don't need to tell a grown man to not be late, When he knows he's late. What you need to do is help figure out how to make this situation better. Knowing that the dog is now sedated and in need of medical attention, just do your job. I delt with late customers my whole life, things come up, problems happen, we cant control every situation. But we can help make it a better one. Anyone from Pueblo knows this bad business practice in are area, putting time and money over clientele situation. You need to learn to respect the client and help them. Despite inconveniences, dont be disrespectful and tell them how to better time manage. You're not there mother and you do not no what's going on in there life. Do your job help the animals.

We had already gone to the other vet and were put off by the office demeanor all the way around, except for the actual vet there, who she was kind and knowledgeable. We were just going to keep going to the other place until our dog had an emergency, ( our puppy bit her lip) and she developed a large lump that looked infected. We called the other place and they said it didn't sound urgent and they were swamped and couldn't see her until a few days. Unacceptable! We called Fremont and it was a 1000x different. They gave us a same day visit. The facilities were clean and smelled good. Everyone was welcoming with a smile. The vet was super sweet and just got right to business and handled our emergency with care and expertise. We didn't even have to wait, we went right back to a private room, which made it so much easier to handle our anxious mastiff! At check out we even asked about heart worm and making another appointment and they offered to bring her right back and test the same day. The doctor even called the next day to check on our baby!!! I cannot say enough positive things about Fremont Vets. They are amazing, caring and I am so grateful to have found them and look forward to them caring for our animals.

There were a couple dogs that had manageable disabilities and many of them were old. Whenever I go into a place like that for some reason I automatically hear that Melissa Etheridge song playing in my head. You know, the one that they use on those animal cruelty commercials that can make a grown man cry. Anyway, I looked around a little bit and saw this really cute little dog just chilling by himself. He had a surprisingly calm demeanor considering he was in a cage with about five other dogs. The staff there were nice and seemed to actually like animals. The only thing I thought was a little weird was the fact that every staff member I encountered kept asking me a bunch of the same questions. Mind you we talked to about five or six of them throughout the adoption process. It kind of felt like I was being interrogated and I didn't like it at all. It's really not every single staff members business if I rent or own my home. So I adopted my dog that day and got him chipped. The total was $90.00. He's a great dog too. Very friendly, loving, and calm. He is already crate and potty trained.

She will never be able to bond with others if she is always with them and that breaks our heart. Our friends are shocked that they will not even allow us time to work with her. We are still willing if they will just give us the opportunity to get her out of the shelter bathroom that she presently calls home. His extensive knowledge and experience along with his sincere love of animals is immediately apparent as you watch his interaction with his patients. He cares about his patient's human parents too. As we all know, pet care cost can be expensive and being on a fixed income, I purchased pet insurance to help with the cost. My fur-baby Lacey, recently had surgery for Medial Patella Luxation (a condition that causes lameness) on both hind legs. After submitting the necessary forms to the insurance company, my initial claim was denied. Doctor Goode came to my immediate defense and personally contacted the insurance company to dispute the denial based on documented patient history. To make a long story short, his intervenient and support resulted in saving me over $2,800.00 in medical expense and my little Lacey has fully recovered. In closing, I can not forget to acknowledge his friendly, professional staff, and office personnel. His facility is sparkling clean and houses state-of- the-art medical equipment. Doctor Good and his wife Lois (she runs the operation) make you feel like you and your pet truly are in highly capable and caring hands. I highly recommend their services to all pet lovers.

He gave them a cursory exam and gave us no feedback on the health of our dogs. He wouldn't even touch their mouths to look at their teeth and used a tongue depressor to lift their lips, very strange. They doubled up on vaccinations that were still good for a year. It was all about the money. Then, after spending more than $600 on exams and vaccinations we were $46 short. OMG you would have thought the world ended. He wouldn't give us medication for one dog and wouldn't give us the rabies tags. Then he gave us a humiliating lecture. Inferior exams, vaccines we didn't need and demeaning lectures from a nasty old man. He even had the nerve to say he lived on a fixed income too because he could only work so many hours. Oh poor man, I felt real sorry for him. The staff were all very nice. The doctor was a total inept jerk.
