I chose to had it delivered to the Boise Idaho Camping world Store for me to come and pick up. We are currently and have been almost 3 hours from there but it was cheaper for me to go get it and I could do some needed grocery shopping. It was supposed to be delivered this past Monday. I decided to call first to see if they got it... good thing I did. It was not there. I called on Tuesday...again...not there. This morning I called the Store again and was told it was not there. They said I needed to call the Online store to have them track it. So I did. After some investigation the lady on the phone said she would call them and put me on hold. She came back and said that it WAS there. Had been since Tuesday. Even though EVERY TIME I have called I have been told "it was not there". The lady from the Online Camping World shopping told me she let them know that I was on my way to get it. By this time it was after 2:00 pm. I had already told the person who I talked to at the store that I was living almost 3 hours away and would take some time to get there. We hit rush hour traffic. Got to the Camping World store in Boise Idaho 5:45 pm. Went inside and let them know that we were there to pick up the Dryer. At this point all I got was "there is no one here to get it down from our storage upstairs" said over and over again. The two girls at that check out said it. The one girl said that she was the one that I talked to and said that was like 3 hours ago... OMG Yeah it was over 3 hours before. DUH..since that is how long it had taken me to get there. Of course I said I wasn't leaving until I got the dryer since it would have been stupid to go all the way back home. Couldn't stay over night because we have our dogs back at our RV. I raised my voice and then a floor supervisor came over and told me to stop yelling. TRUST ME IF I HAD BEEN YELLING THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN IT. But she kept saying that over and over. She finally told me she would find a supervisor after threatening me by kicking me out of the store. She kept saying Stop yelling. OMG. A man finally showed up and he said let me get someone who can get that Dryer for you. My advise to everyone in the Boise area. DO NOT GO TO THE BOISE CAMPING WORLD STORE IN MERIDIAN.

I called to get the install kit (faceplate, control box and thermostat) for my GE rooftop AC unit. These kits are all different and not compatible, you need an expert to know which to order. I called CW, they are busy, take my phone number to call back. They don't. 3 times this happened. Finally a woman says she can find out, I give her the serial number and model. Next day she doesn't call, I call back. You can use this kit "XYZ" Ok. You're sure? Yes! GE said that is what you need. "Ok, go ahead and order for me. Well, if I order it, it will be $80 extra as it gets shipped to us first." (I really didn't care) She insisted it would be easier and $80 less if I ordered myself to my home. I did. Open the box, immediately I can see it's the wrong item. I call, 4 times on 4 days, someone is saying they will call back. Never do. I go into the store, drove 40 miles with the unit. The girl says, "oh! That must have been Veronica, let me get your number and I'll have her and the manager get back to you." No one calls. I call multiple times with messages for the manager. He never calls. Finally I call and get a parts counter guy named Kevin. He says, he's well aware of "my story", that "they've all talked about it". And HE DOESN'T believe me. That they won't return the item, it's on me, because "I pressed order". He claims "why would we have you order it, I make commission?" I said, "you are saying I am lying?" "I just made up the $80 and the multiple phone calls it took me to order this?!" "Yes, I don't believe you." Mind you he isn't the manager but says" they will not be returning the item to GE for me, I can call them myself." Wrong! I ordered this by THEIR telling me it was the one. I am not the subject matter expert, that's why I called many times trying to get the parts. I called corporate customer service and was stonewalled as well. I would never order an air conditioning part of something I have no knowledge of without their involvement. Now they expect me to just eat the $271.00 that they erroneously said was what I need. (ChatGPT in 5 seconds told me it was the wrong parts after it arrived). They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, they don't have the manager call, they expect you to lose money on their behalf and they CALL YOU A LIAR, repeatedly. DO NOT SHOP AT CAMPING WORLD. You have options. I'm now in the market for a new Grand Design or Keystone Raptor toyhauler. If CW were the only dealer for 500 miles, I'd drive it to avoid ever giving them another dollar. I always defended CW to others in the past. I liked that they are nationwide, have large professional stores, parts counters with actual people. NEVER AGAIN. I have screenshots of all the calls I made to get this ordered and then to try and get it resolved. We purchased a new KZ Durango 5th wheel in July, we had a new generator, upgraded lithium batteries…read moreand the AC soft starts installed prior to pickup and worked very closely with Frank Crnkovich to make sure he understood how we wanted to use the rv. We boondock almost exclusively in SW Wyoming. Prior to finding this listing online, we'd never heard of the KZ brand, and were hesitant to drive 7 hours each way to buy an rv we'd never been inside. But after lots and lots of back and forth with Frank, we knew we'd found the right rv for us and made the purchase sight unseen. The pickup went off without a hitch, we had a trade in, and their review of it was exactly what we expected. As we left the dealership and got on the interstate, the black plastic moulding around the front cap came out and was flapping around at 80 mph! It was a VERY hot week, and we were told by KZ this can happen in extreme heat. KZ was awesome and ended up sending replacement material. We'd planned to camp a few days on the way home and almost immediately, it was clear we had two issues: it seemed like the solar panels weren't operating as expected, and the generator didn't seem like it was refilling the batteries. Frank was great (again) and got my husband in contact with Jason Thomas, the service department manager. Jason worked very closely with us for WEEKS to figure the issues out. He was so very patient and walked us through all of the different electrical and mechanical components of the rv over the phone. He understood how far we'd travelled and was invested in helping us troubleshoot without having to bring it back over to their service department (even the closest Camping World is over 3 hours away, so this remote troubleshooting saved us $$$ in fuel alone). As one example, we thought the converter was bad at one point, Jason had one overnighted to arrive before a weekend he knew we were going camping. He was very proactive and would touch base every few days to get readings from the various controllers, all as part of figuring out what the systems were telling us. I do not think we could have done this without him. We are now on our second trip since getting everything nailed down, and I can say we are THRILLED with both Camping World and KZ. Frank was incredible pre-sale, and Jason's help post-sale has made us Camping World/Caldwell fans for life!

Firstly we are absolutely thrilled with the Brinkley, quality, finish and engineering detail is really outstanding, We've had a few travel trailers before buying this 5th wheel and really cant comment enough about the quality of this RV. As per my previous review we were very happy with the entire sales process. Unfortunately we needed the assistance of Bretz and Brinkley to help resolve a painful issue we had with registering the RV out of state. A tedious and time consuming matter. The support I received from both Bretz and Brinkley was fantastic. A really big thank you to Ridge, Jessica and Kaylen for their assistance with this matter. Seriously your assistance was greatly appreciated. It's really great to know that after the check has been cashed and the RV leaves the lot that there is ongoing solid support. Once again thank you so much, I'm not sure how long it will be but one day when we are ready to upgrade our Brinkley, Bretz will be our first call.
