I live 400 miles away and had to do everything online and via: phone with a salesman. The RV was advertised as including an "RVQ" outside gas grill, but when I got there and did the orientation I found out this particular model doesn't come with it, despite their advertising and listings saying it did. The salesman was apologetic and tried to make it right but the general manager refused to honor THEIR listing. It's only a $200 grill, but it's the principle of the whole thing. This business has no integrity OR customer service skills. This place has forever lost my business and any referral I may have given. My advice to anyone buying an RV from this place: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, AND EVEN IF THEIR LISTING DESCRIBES SOMETHING THAT'S INCLUDED, MAKE DAMN SURE YOU GET IT.

Next it was "the refrigerator in your 2015 rv is not working, how about a different rv with chocolate colored upholstery? OK. Next it was "be here at 11 to sign paperwork. We sat for over an hour waiting to sign paperwork. Next, it was Gomer Pyle is going to do your walk-through. Mind you we were trading in an RV, but Gomer had to show us how to turn water on and shut doors. It was over 100 degrees at the time and the inside of the trailer was well sweltering. We asked the guy if he could skip the basics. When we got home, we discovered that he had ripped and wadded up some of our papers and shoved them in a drawer. When we looked at the trailer the 1st time, it had an electric jack, when we picked it up, it did not. One of the entrance doors was warped, the service technicians said "this is how you fix that". He proceeded to bend and twist the door. The upholstery was not chocolate, we asked if this was the original trailer, because that trailer's refrigerator wasn't working? They reassured us it was not. Long story short, our 2015 RV has been in the shop for two months getting leaks fixed, doors repaired, a bowed table replaced, broken screens for the windows replaced and the refrigerator repaired. When we picked it up at the Boise Nelsons, the battery was dead so they had to hook up the mobile charger for our electric jack to work. When we got it home, the slides would not work. Very disappointed in the quality and lack of good customer service. They made the sell, now they don't care.

Buying an Airstream is a bucket-list purchase and a lifelong dream for many people, and the way this team handled the entire process made it every bit as memorable as I had hoped. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. I truly can't recommend this group highly enough. If you're in the market for an Airstream, especially if you're a local resident, don't hesitate to stop by and see them. Take a look at these beautiful trailers that are built to last a lifetime and experience the exceptional customer service for yourself. Thank you again, David, Ken, Brad, and Chris, for making this such an amazing experience! I couldn't be happier with my Flying Cloud.

They came in under their work estimates for 2 of the three jobs they did and were prompt in responding to queries. I am not an expert on airstreams so I don't know what to expect in terms of cost but I was not surprised. The total work for a doorknob repair, bearing/axle exam and repacking, and bodywork for the above collision took about 45 days; I was not in a hurry, and it was a lot of work, so no complaints there. Finished work was beautiful. When the transport company for my cousin showed up a week early, they called me and were able to release the trailer to the transporter when my wife went over in person-- the right move for the situation, since I was out of cell phone range. Al Martinez responded to texts promptly when I asked for work updates. All in all an excellent experience in helping me in an unfortunate situation.

The glitch was that if I wanted it delivered to where we are staying I would have to pay close to $200.00 delivery fee. I chose to had it delivered to the Boise Idaho Camping world Store for me to come and pick up. We are currently and have been almost 3 hours from there but it was cheaper for me to go get it and I could do some needed grocery shopping. It was supposed to be delivered this past Monday. I decided to call first to see if they got it... good thing I did. It was not there. I called on Tuesday...again...not there. This morning I called the Store again and was told it was not there. They said I needed to call the Online store to have them track it. So I did. After some investigation the lady on the phone said she would call them and put me on hold. She came back and said that it WAS there. Had been since Tuesday. Even though EVERY TIME I have called I have been told "it was not there". The lady from the Online Camping World shopping told me she let them know that I was on my way to get it. By this time it was after 2:00 pm. I had already told the person who I talked to at the store that I was living almost 3 hours away and would take some time to get there. We hit rush hour traffic. Got to the Camping World store in Boise Idaho 5:45 pm. Went inside and let them know that we were there to pick up the Dryer. At this point all I got was "there is no one here to get it down from our storage upstairs" said over and over again. The two girls at that check out said it. The one girl said that she was the one that I talked to and said that was like 3 hours ago... OMG Yeah it was over 3 hours before. DUH..since that is how long it had taken me to get there. Of course I said I wasn't leaving until I got the dryer since it would have been stupid to go all the way back home. Couldn't stay over night because we have our dogs back at our RV. I raised my voice and then a floor supervisor came over and told me to stop yelling. TRUST ME IF I HAD BEEN YELLING THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN IT. But she kept saying that over and over. She finally told me she would find a supervisor after threatening me by kicking me out of the store. She kept saying Stop yelling. OMG. A man finally showed up and he said let me get someone who can get that Dryer for you. My advise to everyone in the Boise area. DO NOT GO TO THE BOISE CAMPING WORLD STORE IN MERIDIAN.

We purchased a 2026 Forest River Wolf Pup from Camping World Meridian. It has been returned for…read moreservice four times and has not been usable for a camping trip. Camping World's work orders document an electrical defect that damaged our upgraded batteries, a leaking fresh-water tank, a stabilizer jack and entry door requiring replacement, a broken compartment frame and hinge, separating tank heaters, underbelly damage, intermittent slide and water-heater operation, defective flooring, loose panels, trim problems, and other workmanship defects. We were not given an adequate walkthrough before signing the financing documents. The dealer also failed to disclose that the water and sewer systems still contained winterization products. We paid $250 for an independent RV inspection. During an August 14 call, management repeatedly stated that the trailer was safe but declined to provide the written repair, testing, and quality-control information we requested. Camping World proposed temporarily moving a fresh-water tank and stabilizer jack from another trailer to ours for vacation. We would then return our trailer so those parts could be removed and replaced later. Management would not provide written confirmation regarding Forest River authorization, warranty coverage, parts condition, testing, or how temporarily taking the trailer might affect our dispute. We did not authorize this proposal. We formally revoked acceptance and requested a replacement or buyback. We continue paying the loan and insurance while unable to use the trailer. We have lost vacation time and missed planned family camping opportunities. This matter remains pending under Camping World Executive Escalation Case 06808397. We will update this review if a fair resolution is provided.
