Previously, I had taken her all over the San Luis Obispo area but no matter where I would take her, regardless of how high the reviews were, she would always begin severely shaking and trying to run away from the door of these facilities. When I bring her into puppycuts, however, she literally runs towards their door and even tries to run to their gate to get into the back. She's always so excited to see the staff. I asked if they hand stripped she said maybe she didn't know. I asked the range it would cost since it was only cash or check, she said she didn't know . I asked to speak to to the groomer, which I guess is only OMAR he isn't there. I left a photograph of how the dog should be groomed. She couldn't care less. I went back to the parking lot. Thought about it went and got my dog and brought her home I will take her to another place. It may be a good groomer, but with that kind of treatment at the front desk and they're not giving you specific times for appointments I did not feel easy, leaving my dog in their hands.
