I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. I've had it for almost 2 months now and it brings me nothing but pure joy. That joy is worth every penny I spent. Not a feeling that's easy to get these days.

After the tint was.installed, I asked for an invoice, and that's when the red flags started. The person claiming to be "Richard" began stuttering and dodging my request. It took over a week--and only after I threatened to write a bad review--that they finally gave me an invoice. Guess what? There was no mention of XPEL anywhere on it. I then asked for the XPEL warranty card, and they went completely silent. I called XPEL customer service directly, and they confirmed that Number One Customs had applied to be an authorized dealer but were rejected. XPEL also said they aren't supplying them with films. When I confronted Richard, he admitted they weren't buying from XPEL but from a shop called Rapid Window Tinting. I called Rapid, and they denied any relationship with Number One Customs. At this point, I have no idea what they even installed on my car. The dishonesty and deception are outrageous. Avoid this place at all costs--they are scammers, plain and simple. Do not trust them with your car!

The window tint came out PERFECT. It has kept my car cooler than before. The only thing was the windshield was giving me problems. It made bright LED lights extremely blurry at night. I was super frustrated because it was hard to drive at night but as soon as I told Alex there was a problem, he was very responsive and helped me. We troubleshooted it a bit, but ultimately the issue was consistent. He decided to completely redo the windshield tint (free of charge) and now it is no longer blurry. I appreciate how responsive, respectful, and professional Alex was along the whole process. He listened to all my concerns and made sure that I was happy with the tint.
