He helped me tint some of my windows in my home for privacy and to block out some of the heat from the sun about 3 years ago. More recently, he helped put window tint on my vehicle. It took only 2 hours for him and his team to get all the tint up and it looks great! I communicated with him mainly through text when I wanted to know more about pricing and what kind of tint he uses, but then later found out that all of this information is available on his website. Overall, he and his team are great, honest, hardworking people with great pricing and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future for any tinting needs.

They took off my old tint and installation was seamless, and the quality is top-notch. I can see again clearly!! My windows look amazing, the heat inside has noticeably dropped, and I love knowing I'm getting extra UV protection. On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Kathe

Hard pass on Isaac. I originally had him do my windshield in Rayno 35%. It was good and fine. So I…read moredecided to have him come back to retint the whole car because I wanted it darker. I went with 5% Rayno, and that's where it went wrong. Rayno offers 2 colors for tint so the 5% didn't match the one he used for the windshield, I wish I researched this but the 5% is brown and the windshield has a grey tone. He also sliced the rubber on the front fixed glass, he also didn't tint it all the way for the small front fixed glass. Personally for what I paid I'm not too far off from getting Xpel XR Plus. Yes I told him I'm disappointed and really it's a FYI but as a business owner he decided to just read my message and not reply. He clearly doesn't give a crap, he got my money and this review will not steer people away but I'm venting. I HAD tint and I was removing the glue and I told him I'm leaving the corners for him because I didn't want to cut the rubber and what do you know? He cuts and damages the rubber. I'm ordering replacement parts now for the damaged rubber seals to which the glass is attached to and will need to retint the car. So I'm going to be nearly $1000 down the hole for this ordeal. So thank you for taking my money.

Bad service. I…read moreasked the gentleman to match the back windows as close as possible. As you can see in the pictures, the driver and passenger side do not match the back windows at all. The job was done in our garage and so we thought maybe it looks like this because its inside but its worse outside. When we spoke to the technician, he agreed and said he understood but finished work says otherwise. Not to mention but there is a giant bubble on the front windshield in the passenger side and another one in the top side of the driver side. At this time. I cannot recommend this service provider. I am disappointed and upset over the money wasted. ***update. The manager called me to apologize and rescheduled my appointment for their next available which was a Wednesday before my final exam. I had to do a 3hr round trip drive because I dont live in LA. However, as you can see in the videos the job was so poorly done the first time, I had to get it fixed or get my money back. The manager didn't seem willing to refund. So fine, I spent more money on gas than I needed to. The guy who did the job came back. Took pictures. Apologize and went ahead and attempted to fix it. Super sweet dude wonderful customer service. However, it took a minute and extra help for the material to adhere to the window edges. I had to give it help by adding towels to keep it in place and parking my car under the sun to help. Now, the ceramic is doing its job and it has helped tremendously reduce the temperature inside the car. However 2 trips to LA and long convos with the manager trying to convince me that the job was well done its too much of a hassle. On top of that, tell me why I have their manager texting me on a Saturday evening, as I am actively attempting to celebrate my graduation, pretty much harassing me about my review. Waste of money. I regret getting the work from this place and I don't recommend this place.

I sent them the recalibration bill, and David, the owner, took care of the cost. They were able to schedule me to drop off my car and was awesome in rescheduling me when I wanted an earlier date! I loved the appointment reminders and confirmation texts. It tells me you prioritize your clients and respect their time and you're organized! We left our other tint shop because they got so disorganized and started taking too many people at once which forced delayed pickup. I'm taking almost 10PM. Anyway I wanted to give a shoutout to their front staff LEXI who was so responsive the day of my appointment when I had a hiccup that morning. She greeted us upon check-in, covered what we're there for and was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She also got us to add an extra service which we usually skip. However she presented to us the product, educated us on the "pros" and we went for it! We also informed them if they can get everything done at a specific time since we had our little human with us. She didn't promise but she said they'll try their very best and to contact me asap! The installers did just that. Lexi called us about 20 mins earlier than said time. Not only did they complete the job much earlier than we anticipated, their work was phenomenal! We were very pleased with the results when we saw the windows and windshield as well as a small PPF area that I wanted done, in person! Their pricing is very appropriate for the quality of their services and we are now using G5 as go-to for all things tint and PPF! Thank you G5 for being the best and for hiring such an incredible team! We wish you more success!
