I actually live on the opposite side of the Phoenix metro area, so I told him that I would bring in the car and wait. As promised, Nate contacted me a few hours before my appointment to make sure that we were still on. The trip down the 101 actually wasn't too bad. I got there a little early, and walked to a local coffee shop to burn some time. After getting back to the Kleantec, I spent some time in the waiting room. There was a very friendly vibe to the place. My wife's car was done in 2 - 2 1/2 hours. It looked great! Afterward, I talked with Nate about returning sometime after the holiday season to have the exterior cleaned and detailed and to have a foggy headlight cleared up. After that job is done, Nate will be referring me to someone who will help with some paint chip repair. Communication was Excellent. The interior detailing looks great. I think I got a great price for the service. My wife is really pleased and looks forward to having a little more done -- one of my Christmas presents to her. Everything about my experience with Kleantec was top notch. I look for ward to working again with Nate in the near future. Bravo!
