Film is starting to peel on one of our windows, asked about replacing tint under their warranty and he goes on a rant about changing film manufacturers over the years and when pressed he says he does not having money to pay his rent, utilities or put food on his table. It took me awhile to find a reputable Tint Shop that I wanted to work with. It's been getting really sunny these days so I wanted to tint my Audi S5. They're a little pricier here but I have gotten good recommendations about them. The reviews weren't too bad and we're a little subjective but with the recommendations I chose tent devil to do my work. When I walked into person at the reception desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me the amount of time it would take to do the work and the price. The price are a little bit higher here but I rather go to someone that I trust. I chose to attend all my windows with darker in the back and lighter in the front. I was thinking about getting my front window but didn't want to hassle with the police. I dropped off my car and in about 4 hours I came back and my car was all done. The work was really good and I see why people recommended me. It's so nice to drive around in a cool car again. These guys are thieves! I purchased a lifetime warranty tint. I went back today to get some issues fixed, and was told they would not cover the agreement because their tech failed to write down the product number on the invoice. It was their tech!!! This guys goal was to find a way out of the agreement. Makes you think the product number was missing intentionally. This company will gladly sell you the more expensive "lifetime warranty" tiny, but they have no intention of honoring the agreement. Unethical business owner. Avoid this place. read more

Tint was peeling and discolored, and not by using windex either but from After a few years with the sun and humidity. So went back and asked to have it fixed and they said they no longer work with that product, and couldnt help me out with my contract. BUT it was so nice of them to offer me a discount on a whole new product, should i repurchase it. Uhh.. sorry, i only look slow. Well, today a coworker asked me if I knew a place to get his car tinted, and without hesitation I said "Tint Devil in Miramar". But to my surprise he said they got BAD reviews, and I was surprised. Than I realized that its based on only two reviews. So here I am trying to tip the scales. So trying to reassure my dear friend, I told him I got 4 cars tinted through them, and we than began to call 2 other folks in our department that also got their cars tinted there. One of the folks went there because at his previous company, everyone got their windows tinted there. But here's the deal, no one ever had problems with their tint that I know of, even after 4+ years, so we never had to go back there to have them fix anything. So if something DOES happen to the tint, maybe this is where Tint Devil needs to improve. But you might want to call the other folks with lifetime warranties and ask if they cover front windows as well. They are quick and reasonable. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they are not the highest quality that I've seen, but than again I didn't want to pay twice as much to tint my car somewhere else. read more

John does good work. I've had two cars tinted here and have had good experiences both times. I'm very particular when it comes to fit and finish and the first time I got tint done here I thought there were some dust particles trapped. No problem, John told me to make an appointment when he had the day free and he re-tinted the window I wasn't happy with on my IS300. I just brought a second car in, another Lexus, to get the front windows tinted and it's just more great work. All my future cars will be tinted at Tint Devil. Can you get the same job done cheaper elsewhere? Sure, but I want the best and will pay for quality. BTW, tint is illegal on the front windows in California; it's pretty much common knowledge. If you don't know the laws in your state before getting work done it's your own fault. read more

I had tint installed on my windows in my 2013 car, he did an awesome job. The back window started to bubble in 2020, I called to ask if there was a lifetime warranty and asked if he would be able to look me in his system, he said yes. I go to the shop and he looks at the tint and asked me if I have the pink invoice he gave me 7 years ago, I again asked if he could look me up and he stated he only keeps records for 5 years. I wish he would have been a little more helpful to resolve the issue instead of telling me "if I can't find the pink invoice it will cost me about $200 to fix the issue" read more

I had a 2002 Audi A4 tinted here in 2004. They did an awesome job. It only took a couple of hours. The cost was a bit higher than other tint places I went to but it was well worth it. I got the special tint that I wanted that wouldn't interfere with the antenna built into the rear window. The thing that was the most important to me was the quality of the work. There were no rips or bubbles in the tint. Looked flawless. And the tint went all the way up to the top of the window. Other tint places I've used left a big gap when the window was rolled down and it looked terrible. This wasn't the case here, looked great. I have sent a buddy of mine here who was very happy with the work also. I will be taking a new car here as well in the near future. read more

I got the Suntek tint on my truck in 2006, with a lifetime warranty. The tint on my back window of my pick up truck started peeling. I had to cut the portion of peeling tint off because when my kids sat there it would rub their neck. I emailed Tint Devil a few months ago. Never got a reply. I called and spoke to John last week and told him the tint started peeling from the bottom of the window, he told me it would be covered under warranty, and I set up an appointment for this week. I take my truck in and John tells me that it would not be covered under warranty because someone hit the window with something causing it to tear. Even though that is impossible as the tint started peeling from the bottom of the window that is behind the back of the back seat. John quoted me $180 to remove and replace when I paid $280 to have all 5 windows tint Ted originally. John does not stand by his warranty. I have always recommended John at Tint Devil. Tint devil tinted the windows on my 01 accord about 6 months back and the tint is still blocking the suns death rays from entering my cockpit. They did such a good job and in so little time. They told me about 2 hours they were done in an 1:30. Pretty rad right?
