She has supported me over the year when my lower back went out, when I had numbness/nerve stuff in my foot, and when my neck has gone out. She is an incredibly skilled chiropractor and I am SO grateful to have found her. Recently I went to her because I started to experience tinnitus. I've been to a number of different chiropractors over the years for chronic issues, and have a couple favorites - but all in different states! I went to Dr. Tinozzi for my first appointment this week, and it was easily the best experience I've had from start to finish in a doctors office. It's so calm, everyone makes you feel like they're there just for you (including the reception team), and you walk away feeling good. I can't say enough about how nice it was to find someone who not only listens, but works with you on the type of chiropractic techniques you're used to, so you really get out of the appointment what you want and need. Amazing chiropractor, wonderful staff. I have always been a little on the fence re chiropractic treatment and for years it was my last resort for chronic neck pain. However, once I found Rina Tinozzi's office a couple years ago (a friend in the health industry recommended her) I have been fairly regular in my treatment and managed to really control my pain/discomfort via treatment in her office. She is gentle in her approach (i even saw her through pregnancy) yet amazingly effective. The office staff is very warm, personable and efficient. I find that the massage really helps with my adjustments and I usually can go longer in between my adjustments now which is great for me as i don't have insurance. I really loved the massage by Nelly. She used heat and really worked out all the kinks. I felt so great upon leaving. The front desk staff was very nice. It's kind of a smaller office, with close quarters. The only thing I think that could improve was that I could overhear people talking (outside treatment room or adjacent office space), despite the nice, relaxing music they played. Tinozzi Chiropractic is the place we come to when we want to feel better. Though I've always been wary of chiropractors, Rina Tinozzi and her staff have earned my trust, so she's my go-to resource both for my own issues and for my children's,. Every treatment begins with heat and a quick massage to loosen up the muscles and help identify what's going on. I think that warm-up helps me hold the adjustment for longer--plus, it feels good! Rina is excellent at listening to what's going on, explaining what she recommends, and modifying her plan if you say you don't feel like getting a certain kind of adjustment. My kids and I feel very comfortable with her and her staff, who are always friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Plus, she has a number of massage therapists on staff for longer massage treatments. They are all terrific. Rina offers money-saving package deals both on chiropractic treatments and on massages. I came to Tinozzi Chiropractic at the recommendation of my sister and my previous chiropractor who retired. I had been in a car accident, and was having severe back and neck pain. I was stressed out about insurance, my pain levels, etc., and the staff here was AMAZING. From the time I booked my appointment, to the knowledge of navigating insurance and billing from Karmen at the front desk, to Dr. Tinozzi's compassionate approach to helping the healing process, to the wonderful massages, this has turned into a positive experience. I was in the car accident in March, and am still going there for treatment. I never cease to feel better after leaving this office. In fact, I even brought my three year old daughter to get adjusted-this is how much I trust Dr. Tinozzi and her team. My daughter had chronic fluid in her ears and constant ear infections. Her ears weren't draining, and so someone brought up chiropractic to help with that. I spoke with Dr. Tinozzi about it, and it turns out she has a ton of experience with children-she has two herself also which made me even more confident in my decision to bring my daughter here. She made it so comfortable for my daughter, giving the adjustments silly names, showing her how the table moves up and down, and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She adjusted both sides of her neck, and then my daughter said that was enough-no tears, no worry, it was amazing! Dr. Tinozzi listened to what my daughter wanted, and we went to the front desk. Then my daughter said she wanted more! Dr. Tinozzi took her into the other office and adjusted her back. It was the coolest experience. AND SHE HAS NOT HAD AN EAR INFECTION SINCE.
