HELP FOR VERTIGO!! i've gone to Dr. Cavalla off and on for years - but haven't been in about a year. Recently I started having terrible vertigo! The MD ruled out anything "serious" and offered Meclizine. Wow. Thanks. So I called Dr. Cavalla and Stephanie was able to get me in asap. And like always, she was AMAZING! She knew just where to go and what to do. She was able to 'trigger' an episode to learn more - but she let me know what she doing every step of the way and she stood behind me with her hands firmly on my shoulders saying, "It's okay. It will pass in a little bit." And it did. I will be going back twice more this week till we can get this sucker cleared out. And I am so blessed to have someone like her who is my GO-TO person. Dr. Andrea is amazing! I hadn't been back to a chiropractor in a long time - mainly due to the pandemic and just working from home more often. My last chiro was great, but he was in SOMA in SF and no way am I making that commute for a 15 min adjustment. Anyway, I found Dr. Andrea when she was in her current location, but had another partner - she's taken over the practice full time now and re-named, but that's all that's changed. The office is very serene, there is a really nice waiting area where you can sit and relax or you can stretch and foam roll on the other side where there is a little yoga like space. Also a small kids corner too if you got a little one with you. Stephanie at the front desk is always nice and on top of it, they've got a great system - text alerts, email alerts, easy booking. There are times I've gotten stuck on calls or running a little behind (trying to make that less of a habit because Dr. A is busy) but she will find a way to squeeze me in. On to the treatments - I started seeing her about a year ago, my back and alignment are in SUCH better shape. My posture has improved, Dr. A also knows her stuff when it comes to stretching, foam rolling and keeping yourself in shape. I've learned some great workout tips on how to strengthen my knees and core. And finally, Dr. Andrea is genuine pure and simple. She cares, she remembers what you've talked about in the last visit, and she doesn't push over-treatment. I'm usually in about once a month now, or twice if I've been traveling or taken a tumble on my bike. I would highly recommend Cavalla Chiropractic! read more

I have been going here for a couple of years now and there is no other chiropractor I'd rather go to. All you have to do is walk in and you will feel right at home. When u sit down to get adjusted you don't even have to say anything Dr. Egan can pin point exactly where all my pains are before I even have time to say "how's your day going" Personally I could go on and on about my amazing experience getting adjusted but I really want to mention the miracle Dr. Egan did for my 3 month old son. I never thought about it before but when I was with my mom for her adjustment, Dr. Egan noticed there was something wrong with my son. I had an extremely traumatic 3 day labor and it caused my sons neck to be tilted to the left but constantly looking to the right. His neck was so compressed he couldn't even look to the left. He adjusted him right there on the spot and just a few more visits after he was able to hold his head up on his own without wobbling and looking straight at me. A few more adjustments after that and now he stretches his head to the left to go to sleep. It's amazing what he has done for my son!! I was having severe back, neck and shoulder pain & numbness and tingling down my arm. It was difficult to fall and stay asleep, to drive and check my "blind spot" and to bend over if I needed to pick something up. I had been in a car accident (years before), in which the car had rolled over several times. X-rays show I have neck and rib degeneration. My previous chiropractor had closed his office during Covid, and I had been going without needed treatment. A friend of mine who is a competitive triathlete recommended I make an appointment with Dr. Andrea. I had seen how she had helped him get relief from training and race injuries. I called the office, and the response I received was immediate. Dr. Andrea made room for me in the schedule the very day I contacted the office. I felt pain relief beginning my first visit and with each consecutive visit I feel better and better...the ongoing pain has subsided (after just three or four visits); I have a greater range of motion and can sleep and move without pain. Dr. Andrea makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She has a real sixth sense for zeroing in on where it hurts & where healing is needed.
