Excellent practitioner. Fabulous hands. Incredibly strong and fluid in her movements. I would highly recommend Rhea for a massage!

With his mother's total agreement he swung the bat, aiming directly at her back shoulder and hit her with a good amount of force. To my amazement she turned around with a big grin on her face. She felt no pain. The sensation was quite the opposite and actually invigorated her. I could see in her face and hear in her voice that she had somehow become more alive. I was intrigued, to say the least. Since that day 4 years ago, Qi gong has become an integral part of my life. The Jingui method along with stellar instruction and guidance has benefited my life in deeply meaningful ways. Qi Gong has been the impetus for my physical, mental and emotional transformation. I believe this training is quite profound in its ability to achieve its most basic objectives: health and wellness. What it offers in addition to that is incredibly powerful. Darren creates a fun class environment and has thoughtfully supports each student throughout the entire process. He is completely free of judgement and completely full of praise. His big heart and authentic character are a testament to the training itself. The best way to learn more is to check out one of the introductory classes held in Corte Madera or Santa Cruz. I mean, they say in their mission statement they're grounded in Buddha's teachings. I'm sorry, I still don't see it in action. I suppose I have to admit that this exclusiveness approach is serving some people in the community, and so I up my stars to two, but my heart knows this is anything but Buddha like. I don't wish to be negative, but I do feel, especially in times like these, that it's important to be honest and authentic. Small "elitisms" (if you will), are part of a larger dynamic. Its time we started looking at little closer at the reasons behind our choices. Thanks for reading. May all beings know peace.

From the first session, she made me feel truly at ease and helped me perfect a supplement regimen and treatment plan for digestion, hormone balance, UTI prevention, insomnia *a long list!* and I've seen amazing results with her care and the treatments which take me to such a deep place of relaxation and restoration. It's rare these days to find a health practitioner who truly cares and takes the time and she really does. I feel at ease knowing that she is close by and HIGHLY recommend her. Marin is so lucky to have her. :)

I'm now 38 weeks pregnant, and she has continued to support me throughout my pregnancy, helping me feel confident that I'm taking the best possible care of my body and baby. She is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and truly invested in her patients. Highly recommend!

It's in a cute upstairs space in downtown Willow Glen, and the second you walk in it just feels peaceful. It has a calming atmosphere that makes you slow down for a minute. I went in for an evaluation because I've been dealing with some pretty intense foot and ankle pain. Christine spent time asking questions and really trying to understand what my body has been through instead of jumping straight into treatment. I appreciated that she looked at everything as a whole rather than just focusing on where it hurt. She scanned my body and also performed fire cupping where it made sense. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. I also know this probably isn't a one-visit fix, and I actually appreciated that there weren't any unrealistic promises--just a plan to help my body continue healing. If you're looking for a more holistic approach to caring for your body, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I'll absolutely be back.

It was my first time seeing Christine, and she was kind about me being tardy. We did an intake session and then she used the short time we had left (due to me being late) for a massage. Christine first focused on my shoulders and neck where I hold pain. She incorporated stretches into the deep tissue massage. I had a heat lamp on my feet to warm them and relaxing music played overhead. I relaxed in no time. Next she massaged my face and jawline, reminding me occasionally to breathe deeply. It felt wonderful. I had a mild migraine when we started and it was gone when we were done. Christine is very personable and well educated in holistic healing practices. I'm looking forward to returning and also plan to look into her qigong classes.
