I went to a doctor after doctor and nobody would resolve it. Doctors kept telling me that I was a mother that's why I was tired or I need a physical therapy or I need allergy medicine. My quality-of-life was hugely diminished and I couldn't participate in many of the activities I always loved and I would look at people jealously that were skiing and snowboarding like I used to do or mountain biking. During COVID-19 lockdown I found a book called the new music cure and I found out about Dr. Blake so I called her up. Over the course of a year she gave me my life back. Instead of traditional medicine where they look at one pill and give you one pill for that situation she looks at the whole body and realized I probably was suffering from Lyme disease. I did not believe her but it turns out I had it. I don't want to spend too much time in the review going into all the details but I will tell you that you can trust Dr. Blake to take good care of you and to bring your health back. I've lost 25 pounds. I feel so much better and I know I've done right by my body.

If you have complex chronic health conditions, Jyzen, formerly Clear Center of Health, is your best…read morebet at healing. I've been a patient of Dr. McDougall for 10 years. She is the most educated and cutting edge thinker and practioner I've worked with. I've worked with over six top holistic/functional medicine health care providers over the past 12 years. Dr. McDougall is the best hands down. She was having me allergy test, do full hormone and blood panels, and test for mytotoxins long before that became mainstream. Now, with her leadership Jyzen is using cutting edge tech to heal long term conditions that otherwise just need to be managed. For example, I meditated for 20 years and could not get my nervous system to go into rest and digest/turn on my parasympathetic nervous system. Through the Nuerofit biofeedback training (10 session), it is finally going into rest and digest. Because of this, the mold and other mytotoxins that were hiding behind the activated nervous system can also finally be detoxed and cleared out. There are few other doctors in the US who understand how all of the systems of the body (mind and spirit) work together, and how they are impacted by radiation/EMFs, pollution, and chronic stress that humans experience now. Dr. McDougall is one of the best. Also, the staff at Jyzen are courteous, friendly, and responsive. Jyzen has a patient portal through which you can message your provider questions and requests for prescription refills. The office is lovely with scenic views of the bay. I highly recommend Jyzen.
