TINA CAFE is NOW known as The Hideout Kitchen and Cafe and this place all redone in and out. Mr. Peter Bikos, nephew of his Uncle Peter, the only family that has fed Lake Worth and Palm Beach County residents every past Christmas for the last 30 years; he is the owner of the Farmer Grill Restaurant in Lake Worth, Florida on Dixie Highway, and Solviki Fast he's opening in Jupiter's, Alobaca Center in Jupiter.
This AM instead of eating breakfast at Farmer Grill, Peters other Restaurant, I wanted a chance and something new this AM; so hence, I saw Peter on WPTV PM news last night, I went up to eat breakfast at the HIDEOUT, aka, known as TINAs Cafe, nice and smooth dining. Limited seating capacity, COVId 19 safety standards in practice, good food simple and contemporary environment. I ate the strip steak with eggs, homefies, and buttered wheat toast and nice hot coffee. And for dessert I had their fresh tomatoe basil soup right out the Peters Kitchen and his mom Tina still comes into help out. Another WOW , she makes the soups still but not all of them they have a full time cook. Hey YOU better get there FAST because this WOW place is located in the PBC Palm Beach County Wiseman Government Center on South Olive Avenue where by the PBC Tax Office is located, so if You got to renew your FL License, pay your Property Taxes or have Jury Duty, stop and eat at The New Hideout and say hello TINA his mom. Believe it will be standing room only when the PBC government worker known that the New Hideout is TINAs. Anyway eat inside or out and by the way all you soup and salad bar eaters Peter has a new salad and soup coming
