Got the pineapple cider & Monte hybrid Both were good ! The pineapple cider was the big hit! Nice selection and chill atmosphere in a cool little tucked spot off the highway.

Everything was good. Not a huge selection to choose from and definitely geared more towards people who like non-domestic and non-imported beer. Was overall pretty hot in there since there was no AC space but was a decent experience!!

Ok, let's start by saying Joe took care of me. He served me up some of the best brews this place currently has (they alternate you know) and now I've got a review to post on Yelp. Haha. Started off with Skullberry Strawberry Milkshake IPA 6.2 -% ABV made by Real Ale Brewing Co. yes, it's tastes just as it sounds: delicious, refreshing- tartly sweet but not too sweet. Illustration is two half strawberry skulls melted together, one upside and the other upside down. Next was my favorite: Hopsolution an 8% ABV Double IPA, brewed in Michigan state. As stated on the beers sign: this ain't Texas. Illustration: Rick Sanchez holding a beer. (I love Rick and Morty) Depth Charge is an Imperial Hazy IPA with an 11.1 Alcohol Beverage Volume percentage. It's delish, sweet hops. And by sweet don't mean sugar sweet. I wanna say this drinks almost like a hazy DIPA from Fieldworks. Illustration: girl in an old school deep ocean diving outfit. The metal kind. Electric Union is a new type of beer for me: a West Cost Session Indian Pale Kolsh. That's right, an IPK! It's made by firestone brewery and has 6.3% ABV. I liked it, I won't describe it, you have to taste an IPK yourself. Illustration is Yoda in Space, with a lightsaber. Paleta Mango- rimmed with Tajin, this tastes as it sounds (mango lollipop) 5% ABV by Rahr Brewing. Illustration: guy reaching for the last mango on a tree, head down, like In spiritual reverence. Adios Pantalones (goodbye pants) also made by Rahr and sons brewing, the ABV is just 5% so it's going to take more than one to make me take off my pants. Haha. Illustration: busty chick in bikini sun bathing in a pink lawn chair. Smoking a blunt-looking-cigarette. I know it must be a cigarette since weed is illegal in Texas. So, cigarette it is. Haha. Next up is Tin Mans ultra special collab of Firestone walker and Russian River! It's a stivo Pils, that says Kill the Tank. Yes, try this one for sure. Illustration: the tin man himself putting up the dukes for a fight. On the other side: an illuminated hop shinning in all its glory. **another special collab by Tin Man and Martin house: Mazapan inspired flavored beer: that's right! Only in Chuco, baby! 9% ABV Imperial Mazapan Cream Ale, one and only that I've ever heard of. Dez Nueces! The rim has crushed mazapan on it. You have to try it, even if it's just a taste. Illustration: a mazapan Salty Lady, a blood orange Imperial. It's super sour and has a 9.2% ABV, this is deceiving. Get this one with Tajin rim for sure. Made by Martin a house in Ft Worth. Illustration: Zelda Pineapple Cider by Austin Eastciders this beer is given with or without tajin on the rim, and I personally think it's better without the tajin rim. Another flavored beer that tastes exactly how it sounds. Illustration: 2 pineapples 5% ABV Piña Colada-made by Martin House, this baby is a coconut cream ale with pineapple. At 5.4 % ABV, take this to Florida; take this to the pool, replace the water in your water bottle when you hydrate for PT. This stuff is coconut water: so freaking good. Illustration: a piña colada glass with pink umbrella and pink straw. Last but def not least, Watermelon by Austin Eastciders. Another 5% ABV it's gentle. This drink should be given in a Hello kitty glass, with a flower instead of an umbrella. (No I'm not talking poop, I mean it.) Do not get it with a tajin rim as it overpowers the flavor and makes it taste yucky. A Gentle beer in the southwest? so much respect as it's super hard to do this. This beer is like a Rose wine. Not everyone wants to get punched in the mouth with a Cab Sauvignon Ok, that's my review. Thanks for reading this freaking novel. Enjoy, and please, tell me what YOU think.

This is one of my favorite spots in town to grab a drink. Would definitely recommend this spot for a drink, especially when they have growler deals or are giving away glassware for a promotion. This review is for the Mesa street location. I love close by so I come here often for a drink after work. They have a wide selection that changes pretty regularly. They open it up when it is nice and outside and they are pretty pet friendly. What I really like is they often have promotional giveaways. My favorite is that they give a free glass with the purchase of a certain beer. The glass is always high quality and has the logo for the bar on it. I have a small collection of all the different promotions they have had. Although they don't serve food there are lots of other things in the area, check it out!

Awesome place to grab an adult beverage. Huge selection of beers, ciders and seltzers all pretty local to the area. Place is cozy even though it's by a high rise apartment complex and whole bunch of shops and bars. Always great service and ambiance when we come. Also very cool promotional events go on and you can get cool growlers or glasses with your purchase. The bar like home away from home

How is it that I've barely experienced Tin Man and they've been open for about two years now! TM features about 20 state/area beers and all have a great taste. Some of them are well known like Dallas Blonde and Karbach; however, a few are from smaller breweries which pack quite a punch. They have weekly specials including Thursday's Buy One Growl Get Another for A Penny! Their menu features pint and growler fill pricing (doesn't include the growler itself) so it's quite easy to know what you're getting into. I also enjoyed the seating being kegs vibrantly painted. You can hang out easily for a few hours with some cold craft beer and various board games they have on-site. I'll be back with my family!

So I am going to go ahead and give this place 4 Stars. Personally, it wasn't my kinda place, ... but then again, maybe it was? This is a very small little bar, specializing in beer, located on the west side in the new-ish Montacillo area. Tucked in with the nicer (although smaller) apartments that are adjacent to Alamo Drafthouse on Mesa. As you can see by the photos, this place has a bunch of, I guess... craft beers? I'm not really a drinker and when I do, it's mainly vodka, so beer, especially non name brand beers with fancy flavors or whatever, are not my forte. So for a better understanding of what kind of beers, look at the photos I attached. Although I will say, I ordered some kinda blood orange something or other, and it was legit pretty good. It's a small place. Good lighting. One bar, 2 bartenders. Not expensive. Music, although not even loud enough to where I can remember any of the songs that actually played. Crowd was a mixture of ages and attires. My group (about 6 guys / 3 girls) was mostly shirts and jeans, ranging from T-Shirts to button ups, and we all fit in just fine. It's definitely a casual place that you CAN get semi-dressy at and won't stand out to much. It's located inside a cluster of bars/clubs. So we used Tin Man as a meet up spot, have about 2 beers, then all walked over to an adjacent bar/club once everyone arrived. For the beer lover, the casual kinda "lets grab a drink but not go to hard" kinda crowd, the "let's just chill and not see any fights or people puking everywhere" kinda group. Tin Man is probably a place you'll like.

Pretty good selection of rotating beers from the local (Texas) brewery's. The staff seems extremely knowledgeable on each beer and the brewery and will let you sample most beers they have on tap. I would like to recommend you a beer to try but the list constantly rotates so it would be possible. Also check for the daily specials as it may save you a few bucks!

    Mmm...Taking some beer home!
    Lisa A.

If you go to Tin Man, you'll probably be given a few samples of beer. I wasn't expecting to sample any but the female bartender made sure I had some. She was very nice and helpful. I had four samples. There was a couple more I wanted to try but I didn't because I'd probably end up calling an Uber. I'm kidding but I didn't want to ask for more. I went to Tin Man to buy some beer for a gift. I was looking for a lighter beer. The girl knew exactly what I was looking for. The beer was on point because my family enjoyed it. I didn't try this one. My favorites out of the four samples was El Chuco sangria and a pineapple cider. It reminded me a lot of Ace but sweeter. Sorry, I don't remember one of the others I tried. Those two were my favorites. I like sweeter alcohol and both of these hit the spot. I liked the sangria so much, I decided to buy a growler of it for myself. It was a Selena growler, how could I not? Unfortunately, it sort of went flat and didn't taste the same when I drank it at home. It was still good but not as good as when it first came out of the tap. I tried another Pina (pineapple) beer but I didn't like it. It was too bitter. There was a Star Wars orange creamsicle and Mazapan beer I also wanted to try. The Mazapan won't be around for long so I'll need to make another trip soon. It's $10 for the growler and another $10-15 to fill it up. It's a bit pricey but the good thing is...you only pay for the growler once. After that, it will cost $10-15 to fill it up. You're also supporting a local business so that's great! Some of their beer is from other parts of Texas. Tin Man has something for everyone who likes beer and wine. They also sell gift cards, shirts, beer growlers and glass pint gift sets. They switch out some of the beer/wine from time to time. They also have different promotions throughout the week. Check them out on Instagram or at one of their locations. There's a Tin Man in every part of town...east, west, northeast, horizon. I've been a beer lover since I was about 18 years old. Tin Man could probably be a popular hangout for me. I noticed a younger crowd in there but that's not going to stop me from going back. I wish they offered some bar food but they don't. Well on the westside they don't, I'm not sure about the other locations. Check them out! Oh and...I'm allergic to beer but that doesn't stop me from drinking it. Benjamin Franklin once said "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." I'm with him on that! A+++ experience! :) I'll be back for more when I have a day off from work.

    Chocolate Cherry Stout
    Amabel D.

Definitely enjoyed the few times I've been here. It looks like they have a rotating selection of beers. I tried a cherry chocolate stout there and it was probably my favourite there. Lots of IPAs but I'm not huge on them. They could definitely carry more of a dark beer selection, but they aren't always as popular so I understand. The decor is unreal. Whoever decorated this place and planned it is a genius. They also have board games that people can play! We saw a few people playing connect four and cards. The stools are made out of old beer kegs. Super unique. It's dog friendly as well which I loved. It's so nice seeing little cuties running around everywhere. They stream sports games too! It really gets packed there. You can be standing at the bar for upwards of 10 minutes to wait for a drink. Your best bet is to go around to the side of the bar and try to catch the bartenders there, otherwise you'll be waiting forever.

we live off our tips sign
    Vanessa H.

I understand that we are all going through this pandemic together and that these times are difficult... but when you decide to finally step foot out the house to grab a beer you do not expect to get treated as if you are the walking covid virus itself! The girl working on 05/27/2020 at 9pm was extremely rude and made us feel extremely unwelcome! We had our mask on and kept more then a 6ft distance from the bar top but she still was against the wall as if we were threatening her life! I've always loved brewery atmospheres because they always make you feel like family, but this was the complete opposite behavior! Never coming back! What a coincidence that they had a sign that said "we live off our tips". Don't come here if you're looking to be judged!

The bartender said they could still make things from the previous menu, but they didn't have that available, either. She recommended two Jameson-based options, but could think of nothing else. So, I got a beer. I asked for any stouts or porters aside from Guinness, but there weren't any. I asked about one beer she said was "dark", but it was a Pilsner. I like pilsners, so I ordered it...but for the record, they are nothing close to a dark beer. I saw they had Crown Apple after I had started my beer and asked a different bartender if they had Coke Zero. I was told that when he wants a soda he goes to the bar next door. After an alarming number of exchanges, I learned that they DO have Coke, just not any diet varieties. Instead, I later chose a margarita. Yes, it's cute they serve it in a tea cup, but consider that tea cups are very small and there is ice, so it was almost a non-alcoholic beverage. DJ was cool, but, "all night disco" was really some mashup of a few disco/funk songs with some 90s hip hop and a good deal of 80s pop mixed in. Now, it was crazy FUN, but not what I was expecting. Definitely won't be back. I know there is the charm of drinking at grandma's, but it's really just a lousy hipster dive bar with thrift store art on the walls. The second star is just for having a fun dj (brought in a fun crowd).

I thought I was celebrating after a poker room in SA just made a verbal agreement with me for good money after a three-hour conversation with the owner. However, he was apparently upset I posted a video from another club in SA that was 40-minutes away and only runs one game. He was also afraid to tell me this and a coward. Solution would have been: "Can you please take that video down?" Whatever, dude. Part of reason that business won't last. A business should be run with honesty, respect, and transparency. Anyway ... at The Reagan, a biker dude came in and he was a singer in Germany because he met his German wife in the US when she was watching one of his shows and introduced herself. He was about to go back to Germany but heard good things about The Reagan so drove an hour on his bike to see it the day before he left. And he was impressed. It was a Friday night, we arrived around 8pm and the restaurant was so busy and full of life. Music was blasting, ranging from reggaeton, to regional mexicana/banda, to pop. The prices for the food and drinks were all super cheap as well, so we knew we'd be ordering multiple items. Probably the best item we had was the arrachera quesadilla (can't remember the actual name in the menu for it). Our waiter was a young guy, constantly coming by asking if we wanted to add on to our order. We had multiple rounds of tequila shots and some mixed drinks, but definitely felt like the liquor was watered down. Before we took off, we even danced a couple of songs, giving us a club feel. Overall we loved it so much we had decided to come back the following Tuesday with more family. Well....we were left so disappointed. Everything was completely different. We arrived around 10, figured it being a Tuesday before Christmas Eve, it wouldn't be too busy. It seems that it was a lot busier than the restaurant had expected because they were definitely understaffed. Our waiter probably took 20 minutes to come to us to take our drink order and when he finally did, he stood in one end of the table struggling to hear us from the opposite end over the loud music. Don't understand why he couldn't simply walk over to our side. We waited another 10 minutes to actually get the drinks and for him to come around again to take our food order. Since service was so slow, we tried going straight to the bar and get drinks there, but they wouldn't take our orders because they had to be placed with our waiter. Food was pretty much the same, with the exception of the kitchen running out of multiple items by 11:30. I would have given this place 5 stars on the first visit alone: cheap food and drinks (great food quality for the value), absolutely great ambiance and fast/attentive service. But because we came back again and had such terrible and slow service, I'm giving them 3 stars.
