He was upfront and honest, telling me it'd be better to replace it because of the damage. I wanted to try repairing it. I found the part myself, and he came back to install it. Unfortunately, the dishwasher still didn't work, but he didn't charge me full price for the second trip--and his pricing was wicked fair for the market and area. Eventually, I bit the bullet and decided to replace the dishwasher. He came out on a Saturday to install the new one. He went above and beyond by also installing some complicated Amazon lights I had ordered for my unit that same day. Since then, I've called them back to install two more dishwashers and a fridge. One of the dishwashers needed a lot of extra plumbing work, which they handled like pros--no issues at all. They also make recommendations on appliance that are tenant friendly. What really sets these guys apart is their willingness to go above and beyond. They also replaced outlets that had been painted over by a painter in my unit and even added complimentary white outlet covers (which I later swapped for Art Deco black ones to match). I've recommended them to other unit owners in my complexes. They're honest, trustworthy, reliable He's the kind of guy you know would help your Nana bring in groceries if she needed it.
