There were no apologies. We were affected as well taking time out of our day to wait with her. Erik and Kelly did a fantastic job with finding us the best options that looked aesthetically pleasing and had the features both my wife and I wanted. We went with GE Profile. I anticipated them being more expensive, but since we did not need them right away, they suggested we wait a couple weeks for the Black Friday sales. Instead of trying to take my money and run, they actually cared enough to let us know the better deals we would be getting based on what we picked out. The big box stores seemed oblivious to any questions we asked during the rare opportunity someone was around to help. Our delivery and installation was great as well. Chaz did such a good job and was so detail oriented. He did not like how the dishwasher was originally sitting in it's space, so he took the time and made sure it looked "just right".
