This…read moreyear, the large tall, laurel hedge and extensive tree pruning job was even better than last year. I'd give the work 6 stars if that was an option. The crew was "Team 3" which did such great work. Less than one day to complete with attention to every detail and excellent clean up. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of pruning, trimming and tree shaping they performed. I wish I knew about this company years ago.

They also pruned the neighbors apple tree that was dropping a 5 gallon bucket daily of split apples in my yard. I have not had one apple end up in my yard since their great efforts. They also trimmed the canopy of a maple in my front yard that delivery trucks kept hitting. Everything was professional from the estimate to their workers arriving on time. I had another estimate that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but decided these guys were going to use more modern methods of using a lift to get to the high branches. Their clean up job was complete I found a few leaves and small twigs in the yard but for taking an entire tree down they did an amazing job with the haul away and clean up. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I have need of more tree work.

Based on the numerous five star reviews posted here I'm sure I would be quite happy with the work they do. Unfortunately, MTC was the highest bidder (by far) so I really had to go with a more economical choice. Found a small, local company with a great arborist who bid well under 1/2 what MTC was asking. So, if you are price conscious you might want to look at obtaining several quotes. If your prime objective is great service from staff and a great outcome from the crew who does the work, I'm sure you will be happy with these guys. Even though I wound up choosing a different company I felt that anything short of a five star review would be inappropriate since I was totally happy with the treatment I received from everyone working there.

Completely redid my front and back yard and I could not be happier!…read more Designer (Harley) gave me exactly what I wanted: lush greenery with evergreen plants, landscape lighting, drip irrigation for all plants, a fenced in dog run area with artificial turf. Project manager (Andy) was great to work with, very responsive, and immediately said yes to any new ideas I had, then promptly made them happen. Any issues that came up he took care of without question. The two gentleman that actually did the work were amazing, hard workers. They did an excellent job and definitely did things the right way. When they started the work, they were here every single weekday without fail. I have hired multiple other companies and these guys were by far the best I have experienced. They did not drag things out by no showing randomly like so many other places. I'm sure you can find another company that is cheaper, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Wish I had used them originally so I didn't have to redo 10s of thousands of dollars I paid another company. Highly recommend. The project was completed but not to the agreement. I wrote this off as a slight misunderstanding because a majority of the work was completed the way I was expecting. I did receive some bi-weekly maintenance until the sun stopped shining. This is where it took a turn for the worse. My maintenance stopped and my inquires both email and phone were ignored until the spring. the payments kept coming out of my account but I still received no service. I didn't get any contact until from them until I filled out a negative review of their services. Long story short. this company does not care about their customers only their bottom line. I would say this is hyperbole if I hadn't talked to Adam about this fact and I got a lecture about how the company can't be expected to act any differently and stay in business. There are many other companies out there I would NOT recommend this one. They seem to be more concerned with outward appearance and collecting as much money from their customers while citing justification based on a vague interpretation of a contract.
