With unpredictable microclimates and melting snow, the pressure was high -- and Josh was exceptional. He consistently arrived before crew call (even on brutally early mornings), often stayed late, and proactively strategized ways to preserve and protect the snow we needed. His snowcat expertise was critical, but his work ethic and attitude were just as impressive. Our clients were thrilled. We'd absolutely work with Josh again and highly recommend him for snow grooming and removal (snowcat, loader, skid steer, blowers, and more). Truly grateful for him.

Robert, one of Bills co-owners came out to resolve a problem with my washer, and he arrived on time, and kept me updated. We appreciated the promptness and professionalism of the Monday morning response from Monica (&…read moreGloria) at Bill's Appliance after I called and left a message over a weekend after our over-the-range microwave started smoking (wasn't in use) and filled the condo with putrid electrical smelling smoke. She scheduled their technician Juan who came a few days later, earlier than the scheduled time, to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a blown transformer. Parts were ordered and the initial repair was made by Juan and Trevor a week or so later not knowing the heating element had also gone out. That part was ordered and Monica scheduled them to return after the Christmas holiday for the final repair. It was a pricy repair, but living in a rural area, we did not have the choice of replacing our microwave or finding the size and style that met our needs. We would highly recommend Bill's Appliance for your appliance repair needs. Thanks to all of you. Happy New Year!

Our rental property stove stopped working about a week before I contacted AOM (Appliances of…read moreMammoth) to get some pricing for a new electric stove. AMO was one of 3 appliance companies in the area that I contacted, they were the only one that took the time to communicate and get me the information I needed before making a purchase. From the first conversation with Kat, I felt as though I was in good hands. She did not hesitate to get me pricing and send me photos and specs of each stove that was available for what I needed. Once the decision and payment was made, AMO scheduling dept. (Randy) was able to accommodate my schedule since I do not live in the area. The delivery crew was polite and respectful and were able to remove the old stove, deliver and install the new stove with no issues. If you are in need of a new appliance, or repairs on existing appliances in the area of Mammoth Lakes, Ca, don't hesitate to contact AMO.

I don't often write reviews but based on my poor experience with Inyo-mono Title Company felt that…read moreothers should know what they are getting into. Almost every conversation about status and issues related to the escrow were because I asked, not because they were doing their jobs and pushing information to all parties. Numerous exceptions during the course of the escrow and each was handled worse then the next. The problems were some issues with the second party but no much in the way of notifications were sent. Again on checking the status it was a pull of information not a push. I have worked with many other escrow and everything about the interaction with the people that worked there was near rude. Problems happen during an escrow but it is the escrow companies responsibility to notify the parties and keep information related flowing, they were a zero and bothered when asked. The inyo-mono people lacked transparency at every stage of the transaction. Deliverable were late and while they scrambled to close the escrow, it felt like I was dealing with incompetent people that really did this as a sideline. I had to ask many times for information with terse answers and when asked for time frame for deliverable they were never directly answered, again unprofessional. I saw terse and near rude conversations via email when this information was requested. This is Unacceptable for any business and only escalates my frustration. The entire transaction felt super unprofessional and every interaction as a customer felt like I was asking for a favor. Escrow closed, and a day later no closing documents. Had to ask for them, why do I need to do this? If they were ready send them don't make the customer reach out and ask. Again, why? Their is not a lot of choices, but I would NOT recommend these folks for any reason. I have close many homes and business transactions and have never seen such unprofessional people that were just plain BAD at their jobs and serving the needs of the customer. Nothing short of creating a very stressful and frustrating experience.

According to the manager of the business, they charge $500 as a cost for the preliminary title reports that they generate. When questioned about the charges, they point to a line in the first page that references a section of the Insurance Code in California that does not include any specifics about the charge.
