Kris and his employee picked up the TV at the delivery location, brought to my condo and hauled it up to the second story. Kris provided several alternatives from less expensive to more expensive which I was very impressed. I chose the more expensive route as this is the primary "showcase" room. Kris is a licensed contractor and explained that steps he need to take be code compliance. Kris & his employee did a thorough job and didn't leave until the television was fully programed. If you are looking for a professional, quality installation contact Kris. He does a lot more than TV installations. You can get more information and contact information on his web site: Correct-Connections.com. P.S. - I was very impressed how he treated his employee. To me, that says a lot about a person.

With unpredictable microclimates and melting snow, the pressure was high -- and Josh was exceptional. He consistently arrived before crew call (even on brutally early mornings), often stayed late, and proactively strategized ways to preserve and protect the snow we needed. His snowcat expertise was critical, but his work ethic and attitude were just as impressive. Our clients were thrilled. We'd absolutely work with Josh again and highly recommend him for snow grooming and removal (snowcat, loader, skid steer, blowers, and more). Truly grateful for him.

Moved my stuff into my backyard, didn't wrap or cover it, never moved it back or to a safe spot. The owner Mike Hamdorf told me my Homeowners would pay for sure, but they would pay nothing, and then Hamdorf billed me several thousand dollars. Some friends of mine had some major flooding and their insurance covered theirs, but years later the house was foreclosed on and had special sale restrictions because almost the whole house was full of mold.

I highly recommend Bill's Appliance and would call them first in the future. I worked in Information Technology for almost 40 years; people always ask me to fix their computers. While all computers are basically the same, they all have their idiosyncrasies. Sometimes it's difficult to determine the problem and it's always difficult to tell someone the bad news if the problem is significant. Two very polite and professional men arrived to diagnose the problem which I appreciate. One person supplied the tools to the other so that one person wasn't constantly getting up and down; made the job go more quickly. In my case, the problem was not simple to find and it was good that there were two technicians who could discuss possibilities. My dryer indicator lights suggested it was good to go, but would not start. The technicians methodically checked and tested each of the components from the most common issue to the less common. The common issues tested fine. When they went to test the control module, the on-board diagnostics would not work. They could have stopped there and said the control module was bad (this would have been easy for them and expensive for me), but instead they took the time to actually get to and inspect the control module. There was nothing obviously wrong with it (no leaky capacitors or burn marks). They reassembled the unit and I was prepared for them to tell me they would have to order a new module, but they gave the dryer one more test and it worked fine... there must have been some kind of a bad connection on the module. Regardless of the outcome, these folks did terrific, trustworthy work and I was glad I called them.

Nick and his crew have a really good understanding of what people need whether it is early plowing to get to a job or special needs like a particular shaped driveway and they are efficient, really skilled and very reliable. On particularly heavy snow days, they come back and make it possible to get in/out and allow you to get on with your day, even if that is just hours more of shoveling. I feel lucky to be on his route- I never have to complain like many of my friends do. He is great and in addition, he is very nice.
