Ask them specifically do not cut sub, they cut sub. I despise mayo on cold cut, but got it any way.

Amazing quality, clean, cute and peacefulMy husband and I love to stop in for the cheesesteaks. The place is so wonderful it's definitely a well kept secret amongst the locals. My advice to everyone is to stop by and treat yourself read more

As a customer of theirs when they first stated back in 2003/04 I ate there with out issues until i moved out of the area four 10 years Due to my situation and location I had not been there until they closed another place i had dealt with for over 30 years. I was close and decided to get a large sausage Pizza and a large Italian cold cut. After arriving home I found the Pizza to be about tasteless. The crust was so floppy it was a chore to eat and with no real taste it didn;t fare well. Now we opened the Italian sub and another shock. First i have never seen any Italian hoagie or sub with meat cut almost an eighth of an inch thick. I also ordered it with hot and sweet peppers. Surprisingly there were only a few sweet peppers on it. AND NO other veggies at all. No lettuce/tomato/onions anything. So I realy doubt that I will be visiting this X favorite of mine any more. It is just a sign of the times and economy i guess. read more

Shopping at Ollie's and needed a quick lunch. Found this little hole in the wall type of place. Boy was this a great decision. The place was empty and we sat right down. The lady working was so sweet and pleasant. The food came quick and was pretty big portions. One of the best cheesesteaks I've had. The roll was so fresh and it was delicious. Service was great. The only downside to this place is that they don't have fountain soda. Everything is cans or bottles. I'm stopping here again every time I'm in the area. Even took a slice to strawberry cheesecake home. Huge slice and was amazing!. read more

My fault. When I walked into the restaurant during what should be rush hour and I found it empty, that should have been a clue. I just wanted a good piece of pizza. THIS is not the place! read more

Overpriced $17.99 for a small overcooked dry pizza that isn't edible by any means. The place was empty. Not a single customer there....should have been my first clue. The woman at the counter is extremely rude. Never again. read more

Basing my review solely off my quick in/out experience. Got two slices of pizza. They were pleasant and accommodating immediately. Place is clean, dessert box looked tempting with those beautiful slices of cheesecake, but I kept focus on my slices of pizza instead. I'm not a local, only here for the week. But I could see myself going back if I did live here. I'd at least give this place a try. read more

Tim's Pizza & Subs - Nice looking slices of cheese cake - Italian Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

Attention Yelp friends...My wife & I have literally paid for $Thousands of dollars of food from Tim's Pizza & Subs next to Food Lion on the East side of Salisbury @244 Tilghman Rd....a few weeks ago we ordered cheese steak subs, toasted, extra meet, extra cheese, lettuce, raw onion, tomato, & mayo...after receiving the order, the roll was soggy, no extra cheese, barely any raw onion and a few strands of soggy lettuce...So Kelly called to let them know we were unhappy and this was our 1st complaint in nearly 7 years. The lady owner, that would not get on the phone said we were liars & would not replace our order....Boom...shocked as all get out!!... So fast forward to tonight...I reached out to see if i could work things out by placing a pizza order & see if they would compensate something, anything...to my surprise, The owner, of course not willing to get on the phone ...said no way, we don't want your business because she still doesn't believe us & she saw a bad re iew on Yelp that she didn't appreciate...well...your choice...i personally stand behind any & all of Skylark Management's workmanship...I appreciate when a customer reaches out if they have a problem & 9 out of 10 times, i catch any problems before my customers even know there is a problem... In conclusion, i am asking whoever wants to stand behind us, to boycott this place...We as customers deserve better...#disgruntledcustomer read more

In short, the pizza was good, FF were very crispy, and we were happy with the cheesesteak that we split. We will stop by again next time we are in the area. read more

We order from Tim's on a regular basis. The last two times we have ordered, subs that we requested to be toasted were not toasted. Tonight we ordered again. I got a Meatzaboli which was actually good. My husband got a cheese steak sub with lettuce, tomato, mayonaise and raw onion, toasted. Again, the sub was not toasted, there was barely any lettuce, one tomato and no mayonaise. I never call and complain but after three orders were incorrect, I thought the owner should know. We like Tim's and re8commend it a lot. Instead of making the order right, the owner wanted to argue. Nope! Not happening. You do not treat loyal customers that way. We will find a new place to eat! read more

Tim's Pizza & Subs - Italian Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

Stopped on a whim. So happy we did. Kind waitress. Quick service. Fresh yummy onion rings, calzone and pizza. Would definitely go again.

The best place hands down in Salisbury for pizza and subs. Their Greek salad is memorable, the pizza has a buttery flavor where the cheese meets the sauce, and the cheesesteak sub is spot on. read more

Ordered over the phone, and went to pick it up. From order time to receiving my food it took 42 minutes. All I ordered was 12 wings and fries. The wings were extremely overcooked, dry and burnt. read more

Definitely won't be ordering from here anymore, this was the cheese that comes with the French fries. I could tell it was old by the color so when I took the lid off I could see all the clumps. Smelled like sour milk. Disgusting!!! Will be sticking with Cafe Milano from now on. Just do yourselves a favor and close the doors if your going to serve outdated food! read more

Tim's Pizza & Subs - Clumpy old cheese that smells like sour milk that comes with French fries, disgusting! - Italian Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

Tim's is a great place to eat and the food is always great! I have been here several times and the only downside is the waitress. Due to my scheduled timeframe I always see the same young lady. From day one, I was not guided on the seating arrangement ( which is apparently self seating) and I was unaware about taking a menu by the register. Another time I waited over 10 minutes for her to take my order. While I was waiting she took 2 phone calls. On the plus side, I believe it was one of the chefs who came out to the dining area to eat. He was very nice and also inform me that if I call ahead of time, they will have my food ready for me to dine in since I have a busy schedule! read more

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. It's over priced and has terrible food. It was also the dirtiest place I have ever been to. There were about 100 flies all over me and my family's food. read more

Very unrealible delivery. The past 3 times we have ordered from Tim's pizza we were told it would take 45 minutes. Each time it took 1.5 hours for the food to be delivered and it is always cold and nearly inedible. We will not be ordering from this location again. read more

Loved it. Our family was traveling home from Ocean City and stopped there for lunch. I wish it was in Baltimore. Pizza Dough was crispy and chewy. Service was very friendly. Sub rolls were also very fresh. For lunch I like this kind of establishment where I ordered the counter but they bring it to my table with real plates and silverware. read more

While visiting the MVA across the street, I asked for a.lunch recommendation. We were referred here. We asked for the white spinach pizza. Sooo delicious! I don't normally eat the crust, but this a great dough. We took the leftovers home, and had them the next evening. The pizza was even better, as the dough became crunchier on the bottom. Great food, service, and atmosphere. A little hidden gem. Will definitely return again. read more

I've gotten a cold sub to go on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. I recommend the Italian Cold Cut.

I eat Tim's Pizza probably 2-3 times a month. I love it! I really like the cheese they use on their pizzas, it tastes so good. They're quick and efficient and the prices particularly for the carry out deal are really good. read more

My favorite is their cheese pizza... a good crust with a nice pull to it... nice quality blend of cheeses ... and a sauce that doesn't overpower everything else. Don't forget to look for The Deals section on their online menu... you will get a lot of bang for your buck. read more

My fiancée and I were looking for a new place to eat and decided to try this place out. We were a little skeptical beforehand seeing that it wasn't in the best location; but after going inside, the service was great, and the food was delicious! Great inexpensive place to eat. Was in Maryland for a softball tournament and was a great place for dinner. Would highly recommend.

good pizza for this neck of the woods, salad was plain jane, nothing special. service was ok, not great.

This is a great place for pizza and subs. Delicious food. Make sure that they read back your order to you though, The young girls behind the counter do it nearly every time without being asked. The owners don't. Apparently you have to specify NO MAYO if you don't want it. I would sooner put mayonnaise in my coffee than on an Italian Cold Cut Sub, but there it was, unasked for. Disgusting. I scraped off what I could and threw half of the sub away. The person taking the order was the owners wife. No excuse. read more

Unfortunately, we ordered here during a stay at a local hotel (hotel was VERY nice, but no room service...). My family (daughter & g-daughter) & I were pretty hungry & the hotel graciously gave us some menus for delivery options. Tim's Pizza & Subs was one of them, so we called to order myself a 12 inch cheesesteak sub, w/ tomato, lettuce, hot peppers, sauteed onions & Mayo. For my daughter, the same sub minus the hot peppers & onion,we shared an order of fries & a "large" cheese pizza for the little one. Total order was $28.06 Not only did we have to wait much longer than the time quoted, but my sub didn't have hot peppers or Mayo ! They brought some banana pepper in a cup after the 2nd call. But I wanted it ON the sandwich ! Mayonnaise was pretty non-existent on both our subs, cheese was so-so. Tasted a slice of the pizza - could've done better for the price, sort of "rubbery", low on tomato & cheese. So, when I called, was told to hold on (knew they were busy - was a rainy night at the beach :( so I understood. But what I couldn't understand was the brusque attitude of the person at the restaurant on the phone. The person came back on (a female) and annoyingly stated they would remake my sandwich but still charge me (when I asked). She also rudely told my daughter (because I gave her the phone so I wouldn't "go off" that cheesesteak subs don't normally come w/mayo or something unless asked - of which we did & something stupid about the hot peppers... So, I asked if they could at least give a discount ... no such chance. I not only had to wait (& my daughter cautioned me to be as nice as possible over the phone - for obvious reasons), but only got a measly 10% off the next sub - like $1.00 less...Will NEVER order delivery from this place AGAIN ! Mostly from the non-friendly attitudes :( May try pick-up or eat-in - if at all/available... read more

The service sucks. We sat down at our table and the waitress comes over and takes our beverage order. She returns with our utensils...no drinks. Admits she forgot and goes back into the kitchen. Next, she brings a sale to our table. We hadn't ordered a salad. Admits she forgot the drinks once more. She returns the salad to the kitchen and then brings us our drinks. Next, she brings my husband his pizza and asks if I would like a plate. I said "no thank you", knowing that I couldn't fit any in my stomach since I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Another couple walks into the restaurant and said they had called their order in already but we're going to eat in. They sit down and she takes their drink order. There are now 3 tables filled in the restaurant. She returns with their utensils and meal and the gentleman reminds her of their drinks. She admittedly forgotten theirs as well. She returns to the kitchen and brings out their drinks and then they ask about the salad. Finally, the poor lost salad has found its home. At this point, I'm assuming they've had to kill the chicken for my meal since I'm still waiting. The waitress brings out the salad and begins to come to check on our table. Right when I'm about to ask where my food is, someone from the kitchen calls for her and she turns around and walks away. She goes back into the kitchen and comes out with my food. Again, she apologizes for forgetting my food and said the phone has been ringing off the hook with call-ins. The phone rang maybe 3 times... Once we received our receipt, that was messed up too. My husband had ordered a medium pizza for 8.99. The waitress told him that the large was on sale for 7.99. He said ok. She didn't change it, and so he was still charged for the medium. Thankfully, the food was great! Unfortunately, we won't be going back. We've been there several times and it doesn't get better. The first time, it was freezing and we had to keep our jackets on, and the second and this last time, the same girl has waited on us and she is nice as can be, but really needs a new profession. She gets overwhelmed easily and forgets everything. It's understandable if she were new or if they had been busy, but neither of those things apply in this circumstance. Maybe, we'll try delivery. read more
