He laughed in our faces and shook his head all over the counter taking hat off and on shaking hair laughing at us. I asked for a manager, none available. I call and speak to the manager who was, in fact, there....He said this young man was getting hair cut soon? This kid was arrogant enough to literally do it again behind his managers back. . Yep it's ok to cause he is getting a haircut soon. Callie thought is was really funny I loved grottos before this but seriously, how is this ok. I am one of those people who avoids leaving negative reviews at all costs, but this was completely unacceptable. The little Caesars in georgetown is better. go there instead.

On the pizza the thin crust was a bit thick,you know, like when you want that thin crust to snap when you bite it, but this was too thick for that. Fortunately, it is good both in flavor and a good amount of toppings. Service was good and there is not a sitting area so you have to take it with you instead of eating there.
