Early COVID days were rough. Most businesses couldn't open... John at Epoch hustled to get me outfitted to pull an RV. The new cars are all computers... and a VOLVO has some unique electronics. John is a master mechanic and a wizard with the technology. He was meticulous with his work. I am really appreciative of the special care they took to make sure that my cars safety technology interfaced with the braking system on the trailer I was pulling. They really did flawless work and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect before I made a COVID cross country pilgrimage. This was a year ago, and I was way to busy to write reviews at the time. But better late than never! Hats off to Epoch for stellar service when things were going off the rails.

They quickly pulled the bolt and put a plug in the tire as the damage was in the tread and not the sidewall. The work was done quickly and they saved me a lot of money. I think there are other stores that try to oversell customers but I firmly believe that Bergey's is a very honest company. I purchased a vehicle from them and used their service department for many years (Bergey's Dodge) and they were always trustworthy and truthful to me. It is a good feeling to have a local company that can be trusted to do the right thing consistently. Thank you to Chris and the guys at Bergey's. Highly recommended you guys.

The biggest issue, however, is their customer service. They rarely return phone calls, making it extremely frustrating to get updates or schedule service. I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. I was like I drop almost 45 mins to get here and after been told yes and yes to all of my inquiries, now that I'm here in person... it's a No. so yeah, nothing was done.
