In preparing for our move we talked with a lot of moving companies. We decided on TOSM because they…read morewere the least expensive. But mostly because we love what their program teaches & does. We have no regrets about using them, they were incredible! They made, what we thought would be a stressful day , just the opposite. They were on time. They were very clear & communicative on their plan for the day. They were respectful & kind to us & each other, used clean language, got along with each other & joked around while still being professional. And they worked hard & fast! They were constantly moving, took care of our items & paid extra attention to items we were concerned about. After loading up, we fed them lunch. They were gracious & expressed gratitude for how TOS Academy had changed their lives & given them hope & purpose. They drove two hours to our new home & unloaded everything quickly & efficiently. I often saw them running to & from the truck, even though it meant going up & down a steep driveway & lots of stairs. They even put up bed frames & other items. It was a long, physical day for them. But they did it with cheerful attitudes & gratitude. I would 100% recommend them if you have an upcoming move!

My family and I were impressed with their professionalism and their hustle. They communicated well with one another, they took great care of are belongings, and helped make a stressful event go smooth and painless. Whenever we have to move, I will be using other side movers and hope to work with these guys again. Outstanding work.

The guys were amazing with not only our things but our dog as well, they even tossed his ball a couple times for him! Not only was this move the smoothest we've had in a long time but the three guys doing were a dream team! We had a blast chatting with them and hanging out, felt like friends came to help us move! I'll never use anyone else now!

The WORST moving company I've ever dealt with. 801 Moving…read moreCompany is a complete disgrace. If you care about your furniture, your time, or basic human decency -- DO NOT HIRE THEM AND DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. I went out of my way to clearly communicate my expectations before the move: everything needed to be fully wrapped and handled with care. They acknowledged it. They agreed. And then they showed up and did the exact opposite. They didn't even bother to wrap my furniture properly. My dresser and my nightstand were rolled out on a dolly with just a blanket draped over the top -- the entire bottom fully exposed and unprotected. I have photo evidence. This wasn't a mistake. This was how they operate. One of their movers was missing for half the move, and the rest of the crew took 30 minutes to drive across the street. Yes, literally across the street. The level of carelessness and unprofessionalism was beyond anything I've ever experienced. When I confronted them with proof, they first admitted the crew took shortcuts -- then quickly flipped the script and tried to claim that throwing a blanket over a piece of furniture is their "standard practice." That's not a standard -- that's pure negligence, and they had the nerve to defend it. They refused to take accountability. They denied the damage was their fault. And instead of making it right, they offered me a half refund and called it a "goodwill gesture." This company is a scam. They cut corners, gaslight customers, and hide behind empty policies when they're called out. Avoid 801 Moving Company like your furniture depends on it -- because it does. I wouldn't trust them to move a cardboard box, let alone real furniture.

All Smiles was easy to book, showed up on time and got the job done with no problems at all!…read moreCouldn't ask for more. Kendall and Mitch came to help us move our storage unit into a Uhaul. I have nothing but great things to say about them! They were super professional, fun to talk to and knew how to pack a truck. I felt really comfortable leaving all of my goods in their hands. Their prices are unbeatable and the quality is the best I've had from a moving company.

We had a very disappointing experience with All Smiles Moving…read more My mother-in-law booked them based on an estimate provided ahead of time (03/26/26) and paid a deposit. However, on the day of the move (04/09/26), they presented a new estimate that was higher than what was originally agreed to. Before the movers even arrived, my husband had already done a significant amount of the work himself, he moved all the boxes into the garage and disconnected the washer and dryer. The only items left in the home were the large furniture pieces. When the two movers arrived, they even commented that this was going to be an "easy move" because of how much had already been done. We were told a crew of 3 movers would be handling the job, but only 2 showed up for most of the move. A third mover didn't arrive until the last couple of hours to help with the unloading. Because of this, the move took longer than it should have and since they charge hourly, that directly increased the total cost. This seems like normal practice for them, a bait and switch. They also spent an excessive amount of time (about an hour) just wrapping furniture, which again added to the bill. At the end, the total came out to nearly $1,000 significantly more than expected. On top of that, we received inconsistent paperwork with different versions of the agreement, which makes the charges even more questionable. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. Despite the amount of prep work done ahead of time, the job still took longer and cost more than it should have. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly locked in writing and confirming crew size before the move starts. Unfortunately, we would not use them again.

The first thing they did was ask me what items I wanted them to be the most careful with and proceeded to wrap those pieces up with extra padding. They were very professional and worked quickly, which I was very pleased about since I was paying by the hour. Moving is never fun, but this company took the hassle out of it!

I recently had a very disappointing service call from the company Move Youtah. I made arrangements…read moreto have 2 men come to my home to unload a small moving truck. I was informed that like all companies there is a 2 hour limit and was quoted $90/hour. When making the reservation the receptionist asked for my address. I spelled the name of my street TWO times to her, as well as her asking me to repeat the street name 2-3 times.  I always spell out my street name because it is a little difficult. She asked me to repeat my resident city 2-3 as well, then she also asked me for my zip code about 4 times.  We agreed upon a time from 9-11 a.m. I made it very plain to the receptionist I needed to leave my home at 11 in order to return my rental truck and avoid an additional days charge on the truck.   My problem is this, the moving men were given the incorrect address by the receptionist, both the street name and the zip code. The men were late so I called the receptionist at about 9:10, left a message and she returned my call at 9:17.  She told me the 2 men were in a city about 25 miles away! In about 5 minutes the 2 men called me at 9:19 and told me they were in a different city 12 miles away, but with this city being next to the mountains and full of side streets it takes about 25 minutes to get from there to our home. (I know this because we have friends in that city and that is our drive time when we visit them.) The receptionist called me a second time a few minutes later and said they would be arriving in about 10 minutes. Totally incorrect information. The men arrived at our home at 9:56 almost a FULL HOUR LATE. In the meantime my husband and I, ages 67 and 66 began unloading the truck of the smaller items. The moving men themselves were great, worked fast and efficient. However, at 11 (the time I had to leave to get my truck back on time) I told the men to stop and we would get some help to finish moving around the smaller furniture items.  I gave the men a tip because they worked so well.   The owner of this business decided that I still needed to be charged the full 2 hours at $180 even though the work could not be completed due to the MISTAKE OF THE COMPANY. I emailed the owner who did not even have the dignity to return my email. What bothers me is that your men should have been here at the agreed upon time of 9 NOT 10.  I would have happily paid for the full 2 hours had they been here on time and been able to finish the job, rather than my husband and I having additional help to finish the work. After my VISA was charged for the 2 hours I called the receptionist and asked for a refund due to their company failure in communication. The owner denied the and even told the receptionist that he had to pay the men while they worked so I had to pay for the full 2 hours. I am disappointed in this type of business. If I am at a restaurant and the dinner order is messed up we are always offered a discount or a free dessert.  If I am at a movie theater and find the movie I am watching is offensive I am able to get ether a refund or admittance to a different movie. The incorrect address which caused the entire problem was given to the men BY THE COMPANY - their fault NOT MINE, yet I have to pay for that mistake.  Unfair and unprofessional. I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND this company.
