Can you tell from the Pic I shared that I can't wait to start licking my yogurt?! It tastes so good, and the waffle cone smells so good. How did I not write a review of this place when I always come here, especially during the summer. You guys should try Timothy's frozen yogurt at least once. My favorites are blueberry, peach, and mango. Don't miss out!
Lots of gelato and frozen yogurt to pick from all made in house. Service of the staff are nice and friendly! The ambiance of the shop is bright and clean.
This location is perfect because you can enjoy a nice walk by the pier while eating ice cream! I wish that the store offered samples because I got a scoop of mango and durian in a waffle cone and while I really enjoyed the mango, the durian flavour wasn't my favourite. I'm still glad I got to find out what durian ice cream tastes like though. The ice cream also melts quite quickly so you have to eat fast!
I love ice cream or gelato. This place is conveniently located at Steveston Fisherman's Wharf along with other shoppes and food joints. They can be busy but they are quick and efficient. Place is clean. It's located going into the docks. There are lots of benches and park type tables outside. One of the things I like about Steveston is parking is never a problem! You can have your ice cream while walking along the boardwalk! Lots of tourist in the area! It's a must see attraction!

Think we got unlucky with our froyo order here, since it tasted weird and we couldn't even finish it. I came here on a friend's recommendation. She visited Vancouver with her boyfriend two years ago and their froyo from Timothy's was the highlight of their whole trip, so I came with very high expectations, especially since I love froyo. My friend and I came on a Sunday afteroon around 5, and there were a couple folks in line. They have some helpful signs directing you where to go; the froyo line is on the left and the gelato/ice cream line is on the right. What makes the froyo different here is that it's blended with real fruit. You can either choose one fruit or pay $0.75 to combine two fruits. We both love mango, so we decided to share a single serving of the mango froyo in their homemade waffle cone ($6.25). We were expecting a nice tart mango taste, but instead our froyo had a weird tart flavor that didn't taste like mango at all. I only ate a couple bites of it before I was done, and same with my friend. We threw the rest away, which was such a shame.
SO GOOD! we tried their blueberry and strawberry froyo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Their froyo didn't taste sour at all. It tasted very fresh and worth every bit. A gem in Steveston

3.5 stars. 4 stars Hazel nut gelato is yummy. Not too sweet. I get a good flavor of the hazelnut. 2.5 stars for pistachio gelato. Salty not on a good way. The pistachio flavor is very weak. 4 stars fresh Waffle cone. Not too hard. It is like cookies marry with waffle cone. I live it. 3.5 star for mixed berry frozen yogurt. Blend teal fruit with frozen yogurt. Very tart. The fruit was not blended smoothly so it is strange.
This review is definitely long overdue! Fiance and I rarely venture out to Richmond (let alone Steveston), but when we do, going to Timothy's is a must! On the few occasions where we randomly decided to go to Steveston Wharf, we always have to get frozen yogurt (and when I saw "we", it is really just ME that wants it). Lol Blueberry is my ultimate favourite but other flavours are just as good. They blend fresh fruit with the frozen yogurt and their waffle cones are made in-house. There is a reason why there is almost always a lineup! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.
Best frozen yogurt I have ever had. It's made fresh on the spot with frozen fruit and frozen yogurt. Their waffle cones are so good and usually warm. 5.50 for a waffle cone and single. My fav is mixed berry but strawberry is bomb as well. My son had gelato from there.vanilla and bubble gum and he loved it!!! Always a must anytime of year I'm in steveston visiting in.
My friend told me I had to try the frozen yogurt blended with real fruit here so I obliged and ordered it with blueberry and mango. The texture was nice and smooth and the real fruit made me feel like I was eating healthy after a few days of gluttony. It was a perfect blend of yogurt and the two fruit flavors and it wasn't too sweet. I give two thumbs up for the good froyo served here!
Great location and scenery! Can grab a treat and walk along boardwalk or sit at an outdoor table with fabulous views. They have gelato and soft serve yogurt. Lots of flavors. Went with the Espresso and it was good. Portions are good. Prices not bad. Service was good. read more

Your trip to Steveston isn't complete with a stop by Timothy's for frozen yogurt! I go for the single flavour kids cone, it's the perfect size for a post-lunch dessert. They typically have peach, mango, sour cherry, mixed berries, strawberry as their flavours (perhaps some other berries as well). Lots of people go for the gelato, which I haven't tried. So take a peek at which line you're in, as they have separate ones for frozen yogurt and gelato. read more
First time having freshly made frozen yogurt where the frozen fruits are blended with the plain tart. I'm use to a lot of premade soft serve yogurt like yogurt land but I do like the icing texture from the blended frozen fruits in this! For me it was a little bit too creamy or on the heavier side. I'm use to more of a tarty taste especially when it comes to froyo nah saying? I do like the concept though and I really believe they should have a shop like this in California! Service was super quick and friendly too by the way! read more

There are a lot of different flavors and they look all so good. The personal was really nice and fast. I enjoyed my ice cream with a view on the wharf. read more

After checking out the menu, we decided on a couple of flavours to buy. We walked in, and then randomly these two rude ladies came and awkwardly budged in front of us. There was no line at all, we thought since we had decided from the sign maybe they didn't see the menu so they wanted to see the case? It was so weird. The staff didn't comment to them on this, but we were ready to go and they were still deciding. We were waiting for our order to be taken, but the girl behind the counter was intently watching these ladies to see what they decided. We said out loud we were ready to order.. but she was still so busy waiting for these other people that she just completely ignored us. We waited a few minutes.. finally the other people decided what they were going to get and still not even being acknowledged we ended up leaving after standing there ready to order with no line except these two random ladies. When they did finally decide they even said ok now we are ready 'too' so it was definitely clear we were ready to order. We could have ordered, paid and been served in that time.. and we walked in the door first to not be greeted. And then when these other people came in, they weren't greeted either but they were somehow the focus. My advice, the place across the street. Sprinkles gelato. Amazing service and a patio to sit and eat your ice cream :) read more

Amazing ice cream from here! I am pretty sure you guys are going to love them! There are wide variety of choices of ice cream and yoghurt to choose from! I would come back again to try its other flavour. Recommended to try! I like the waffle cone, but it is not as good as rain or shine's. The cookies and cream and the hedgehog ice cream are amazing! read more

Good solid ice-cream. You can taste the fresh cream and fruits in the ice-cream. We ordered the waffle cone to with our ice-cream, they were made fresh to order, the waffle cone was still very warm ti the touch when they handed me my treat! delicious! read more

This is my favourite place ever to get frozen yogurt. Located by the beautiful Steveston wharf, it's a perfect place to visit on a nice day. I always get a single size frozen yogurt with a waffle cone. They make their waffle cones fresh in front of you, and you can really taste the difference that makes. They then blend fresh frozen fruit with the delicious frozen yogurt block. It's not at all like the frozen yogurt at Pinkberry or Menchies, etc. It's way way better! I never mix fruits because I'm too cheap, but my favourites to get are cherry, mango, or peach. Blackberry and mixed berry have a lot of seeds, and strawberry does a bit too. Cranberry is really tart. I would like to see pineapple on their fruit list. Most recently I got mango and it was blended so smoothly. Oh my gosh it was so good. The only thing is they can't really maintain consistent sizing with the portions because some staff scoop a lot of fruit, making a bigger portion of frozen yogurt, and some staff scoop very little. If the fruit chunks are small, that usually makes for a smaller yogurt. You will see in my pictures that my mango frozen yogurt is way bigger than the cherry. Also, sometimes they cook the waffle cone too long, making it a darker brown and not as tasty (to my preference anyway). It's cash only, and their hours in the winter season are weird. They basically close whenever they like or when it gets dark. Yes, I eat these year round. They need a stamp card or something because I come here way too much. I'm addicted!! read more

Gelato= yum. Timothy's= yum yum! Mmmmm! I love the hedgehog and chocolate flavours! I always get the same thing everytime I come here. It gets very busy in the summer which is expected. But I come pretty much whenever I am in the mood for ice cream. Today was pretty rainy, which means no line ups, woohoo! Got my treat, stayed to eat, then left. Customer service is okay. They were completely out of sorbet when I visited today. I hope they continue to serve them. They're so yummy. They offer kid-friendly size cups/cones. read more
I have to say that this ice cream made up for my ice cream loss at Rain or Shine the night before where I couldn't find a flavour to order due to their unpalatable samples. We've been coming here every time we're in Steveston and they're always good. I love the mint Oreo (mint cookie?). It's pretty much one of the only places that have that flavour. The mint isn't overpowering so if you like Oreo ice cream but love mint chocolate chip, then this is an amazing ice cream to get! I also discovered the Espresso one. It's got a nice rich coffee flavour with dark chocolate espresso bean enriched chips. Soooo good! The cone is not as light and crispy as Rain or Shine's but it was warm when we got it. Depending on your preference for fresh cones, it may be too soggy because of the melted ice cream or alright because you've got a fresh cone. Can't wait to come back! read more
After the dinner at Kiriri, we didn't get satisfy at all. Therefore, we decided to go Steveston for dessert/ice cream. I have been Steveston village numerous times but I never wanna try Timothy's at all. Sunny and hot evening, my friends craving for ice cream/yogurt so we lined up for it. I heard it's so popular dessert place at Steveston and the best fresh fruit frozen yogurt! However, it's so disappointed on my hubby's yogurt and my "gelato"! My hubby's mango yogurt tasted very icy with all the ice crystals from the freezer burn. My espresso flake was not favorable! It's not smooth or milky at all. May be they can survive till now coz it's an old ice cream place and in tourist area. Sorry... this is not my cup of tea. read more

This frozen yoghurt is the best!!! I live fairly nearby so I come perhaps 2-3 times a month, rain or shine. I even come in the winter! The staff are super friendly and everything is very fresh. The waffle cones are made right in front of you, and the frozen fruits are all displayed by the counter. Mango is probably my favourite flavour while a lot of people opt for the mixed berries. Seriously, this is the BEST! read more

Mixed berry frozen yoghurt 8/10 Kinda tart and sweet but doesn't have a defining flavour I would go for one berry flavour (like strawberry) for more flavour Cherry frozen yogurt 7.5/10 Pretty tart and not a favourite of mine Maybe it would taste better when cherries are in season I prefer the other flavours Won't get again but it was nice to try Strawberry and mango 8.5/10 +.75 for 2 flavours Pretty delicious but I don't think it's worth the extra 75 cents You don't really taste the two fruits but a blended flavour Would taste better if the mangos and strawberries were riper Raspberry white chocolate ice cream My rating 8.5/10 Kate's rating 10/10 I personally didn't like it but both my sisters and mom adored it Mild but tart raspberry flavour The white chocolate is rich and creamy but not really white chocolate flavoured more like heavy vanilla read more
Nothing cools us down more than timothy's frozen yogurt! Every time we crave sone amazing fresh real fruit frozen yogurts we will come here! Or honestly whenever we are in the area we come here. Despite the weather you can't ever go wrong with frozen yogurt. * I got the small cone blueberry yogurt ($6) firstly let's discuss about the waffle cone. The waffle cone is super crunchy and out of all the cones I've tasted this is one of the best ones! Plus they make it fresh in the back! The cone is slightly sweet too so it combines very nicely with their frozen yogurt! * The blueberry yogurt itself was delicious. It does use fresh fruit so I did wish the blueberries had more sweetness to it but that can't be helped. The colour, texture was all there, but I think a bit more blueberries in the thing would've been better. This time it lacked some blueberries compared to previous times. But it was busy so I'd assume they were trying to get all of it done and help everyone in line. * 6.5/10 - I really lived the waffle, the waffle was amazing and very crunchy and tasty. I loved how it was fresh too so it did melt my yogurt a bit but I'm definitely not complaining because the crunch was surreal! The yogurt however lacked some more blueberries, a bit more would've been tastier as I mainly tasted yogurt! That brought the score down from a 8.2 to a 6.5. * 7/10 - $6 for a cone of frozen yogurt isn't cheap but you do get it fresh, and it is real fruit so you know exactly what goes into it, and how fresh it is compared to regular ice cream that is sitting in a tub. read more
