Was scheduled late a lot during treatment. the dr says when he wants to see you back for your…read moretreatment plan but then the front desk is unable to schedule you in time. communication wasn't good with the dr during treatment. didn't know why it was taking so much longer than he ever mentioned. when I asked if things were wrong he didn't have a good answer and said he's "not worried about it" then he all the sudden tells me that he thinks I need surgery to fix whatever the heck happened bc didn't need surgery before his treatment. told dr Shannon a diagnosis of mine that does impact my treatment and he forgot what it even was. he asked if I'm the patient that is moving. also the dr didn't check my mouth every time I went. one of the ladies was supposed to put attachments on me but he failed to. I wore my clear aligned as I was supposed to. the dr saw me next & said it must've fallen off. shrug of the shoulder no big deal sorta thing it seemed to him. Honestly not impressed with the communication or quality of care orthodontics exclusively has.

Saw the dentist, she explained the necessity for the work to be done Immediately and explained the procedure. Within 15 minutes I was being prepared for the extraction's. The Dental Hygienist and the Anesthesiologist explained everything. Once the dentist returned she made sure I was ready and began the procedure. All the way through the procedure until completion the dentist was asking me if I was alright and if I needed anything. When done she prescribed the necessary follow up medication and antibiotics to prevent infection. I was given an after care bag as well as a follow up appointment for two weeks later.
