Went here for a consultation for my 11 year old daughter and had to wait 3 weeks for an opening. I called a few days before my appt to schedule a consult for my other daughter too and I was told my previous appointment was at a different time than I had noted. No problem, I can still make it. 3 days later I show up to the appointment and they tell me there's nothing scheduled. Frustrating since I had waited a few weeks and confirmed it just 3 days prior. BUT, they saw my daughter anyway and the staff was very sweet and super nice to us and they did our consult in 45 minutes even though they were apparently booked and we weren't showing up on the schedule. Can't say enough about the quality of the staff and facility, video games and a movie room for the kids, this place is top notch. Dr. Shannon advised we wait a few months for my daughter's remaining baby teeth to fall out before beginning treatment although he said if she is very self-conscious he will begin now. He could've set us up on a long treatment plan and charged a ton but he didn't. We will be going back in about a year and will being our other kids here too if they need braces in the future. Dr. Shannon has been taking care of my kids smiles since 2002 I was so greatful to him when we moved back from Texas where we had started my oldest sons treatment. The place in Texas had his teeth moving the wrong way and Dr. Shannon and his staff were awesome at correcting the treatment plan and working with us on an affordable payment plan. I love that they always have available disposable tooth brushes so you can brush your teeth before the visit and even during the visit. They always check to see if you have plenty of supplies. All my kids have loved going to him. Yes, he is busy but he always takes time to ask if you have any questions or concerns. I would recommend Dr. Shannon and his staff to anyone. read more

The staff at OE are always so friendly and accommodating! Dr. Shannon always greets both my daughter and me or my husband with a smile and a friendly welcome! We have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be seen (and we are usually always early, so we actually get seen earlier than our scheduled time)! They do not rush you into a decision and were very honest from the beginning! We went to one Orthodontist who wanted to put her in braces immediately but Dr. Shannon was truly professional and honest and had us wait until she lost a few more teeth and they started to come back in, saving our daughter several months of being in braces!! Dr.Revels and Savannah really make me feel comfortable and like I'm not just a patient, but family! Dr.Revels went into detail and the science behind the braces. He never once tried to sell me during the consultation and that's one thing that separated him from the other orthodontists I had consults with. I was supposed to have extractions but he found a way to straighten my teeth with out extractions! I am excited to go to my adjustments instead of nervous and scared. Our family will not go anywhere else for orthodontic work. Before we found Orthodontics exclusively we visited 2 other orthodontist that wanted to do extensive, traumatic dental work before doing braces. Dr shannon assured us that that work was unnecessary and would have cost us a fortune. He put my daughters braces on and waited for her teeth to come out on their own.
