Was scheduled late a lot during treatment. the dr says when he wants to see you back for your…read moretreatment plan but then the front desk is unable to schedule you in time. communication wasn't good with the dr during treatment. didn't know why it was taking so much longer than he ever mentioned. when I asked if things were wrong he didn't have a good answer and said he's "not worried about it" then he all the sudden tells me that he thinks I need surgery to fix whatever the heck happened bc didn't need surgery before his treatment. told dr Shannon a diagnosis of mine that does impact my treatment and he forgot what it even was. he asked if I'm the patient that is moving. also the dr didn't check my mouth every time I went. one of the ladies was supposed to put attachments on me but he failed to. I wore my clear aligned as I was supposed to. the dr saw me next & said it must've fallen off. shrug of the shoulder no big deal sorta thing it seemed to him. Excellent experience. I've had a root canal done by Dr Blum. Under sedation. Fully awake. No pain what so ever. It's the only way that I can handle a dental procedure.
