The entire staff went above and beyond for me and my family. They went over all the financial part once we figured out what was needed and made sure I was ok with it before then even started. Also knowing that I can be sedated for my procedures puts me at ease. The doctors there are so friendly and have excellent bedside manner. I have made appointments for the kids now as well. I've been a patient here since 2016 and have always kept up with my cleanings four times a year…read more For years, the care was great, but since management changed, the quality of service and professionalism have gone downhill. Over the past year or so, I've had repeated billing issues -- told I had a large credit and owed nothing, only to get a bill the next month, then another for the same amount even after calling to fix it. I also had my worst filling experience here, where the cavity got overfilled, changing it's shape, and ended up getting a much more expensive and painful root canal to fix it. Today was the final straw. I had a 4:00 PM cleaning booked months ago and took time off work for it. At 2:06 PM, while in a meeting, I got a text asking me to confirm because someone else wanted my slot. Fourteen minutes later, they canceled my appointment via voicemail and gave it away -- no warning, no call, no mention of any new confirmation policy, not even the courtesy of enough time to check my phone. In nearly ten years, I've never missed an appointment and have rarely replied to reminder texts (I literally only have record of confirming once out of 4x a year for a decade), so this came out of nowhere. When I called, the manager was dismissive and acted like it was normal and acceptable to cancel a pre-scheduled appointment an hour before, which is absurd and awful customer care. People have jobs and responsibilities. Canceling with less than two hours' notice because someone else wanted the time I already committed to shows no respect or care for patients. Even their billing department takes longer than 14 minutes to return a call. I truly love several of the hygienists and have been loyal for years, but the management's lack of compassion, accountability, and basic customer service skills has made it impossible to recommend this office anymore. If you want a cleaning today, they might bump another patient for you... just don't count on keeping your appointment.

By 3:00 I was getting my teeth cleaned by a fantastic hygienist named Belinda. Maybe the best teeth cleaning experience I've ever had. She's clearly very experienced and had a quick but thorough hand when it came to the teeth cleaning. Intuitively, he should have known why I was there and should not have asked me how can I help you today, as if he does not know what the plan is! Even, his secretary on the front desk, she wanted to make payment even before the service, I told her I would pay after the service is done! Terrible experience. To be fair, one of his employee was very nice and fair and helped, her name was Hailee, I don't know if the spelling is correct. One more thing, he took x-rays to all my teeth and charged my insurance like $ 215, my question is why did he do that if he was going to ask me to find another dentist! I am 70 years old and yet he treated me like that and the end he Shaked my hand! really Shame. he was really inpatient. Dentists must be patients with their patients! I am hurt!

This dental team will treat you like family, and their prices on implants can't even be beaten by the dental college! But let's talk real talk--even when prices are AMAZING, sometimes we still can't afford the whole implant process or other dental work that we need all at once...but that's okay, and I'm here to tell you that. Let's be real, a lot of us are avoiding treatment because of the overwhelming cost in scary economic times for us; inflation is hitting everyone hard right now, as wages fail to compensate for it. Care Credit is great, if you qualify, but a lot of Americans struggle with credit scores, and have to rely on saving up instead. Work in stages, guys! It's totally possible. I've had to work on my implant process for a few years, first affording one part of the procedure, and still saving to finish it. Did that mean I needed to accept covering my smile? My dentist, Dr. Jeffrey Austin, referred me to a couple of doctors to have my 4 wisdom teeth removed. I could have (and probably should have) shopped around a little more to see if there were any other surgeons outside of my dentist's recommendation, but I figure they will all have the same rate; and the search-lite version I did seemed to prove that Dr. Vincent Montgomery wasn't a bad apple, or at least no one had left any bad feedback online. I like him as much as a person that just spent $2,000 to get some teeth yanked out can like anyone. Of course, I didn't necessarily have to pay all of that... yet. I have insurance and he's in my network. He does seem to charge quite a bit though - $110 for me to come in and waste about 40 minutes to see him for 5 minutes to answer questions. The rest of it was waiting around and watching a video that actually made me more nervous about the procedure than I was before. He is nice, pleasant, answered any and all questions I had, had a nice, up-to-date facility, and the girls aren't too bad about getting back to the patients or making them wait too long. On top of that they have a line you can call even if it is 10pm to talk to the doctor if you are truly worried about something. I know because I did this. The telephone service they use even followed up to make sure the doctor had called me back! In all seriousness, DON'T look up anything about the wisdom teeth procedure. Just listen to what your doctor tells you. You are not as susceptible to Dry Socket as the internet tells you!
