Dr Robert L Burns, I previously posted my review of Dr…read more Burns on yelp a few years ago. And I posted photos of myself afterwards, with a black eyes and a swollen face. After he removed an impacted u eye tooth. So im now reposting this review because i want others to know that he is not a gentle dentist or a gentleman either. I read another post once on how he pulled the wrong tooth of a lady and then tried to put it back in...can you believe that...it happened. As far as myself, He treated me horribly. Im 80yr old today, I was 77 at the time I was referred to him to surgically remove an impacted eye tooth, before I could have dentures made. My dentist must have hated me and wanted me to endure pain, because I surely got it from Burns. Most dentist, in my experience try to keep a patient from having pain, they carefully inject novacane and slowly. Not Burns, he drove the needle in 3 consecutive times and ramed it very hard. I immediately complained that he was to rough. He offered that I was welcome to get up and leave at that point. I now wish I had, but id didn't, he left the room for a about 2 minutes, not 5, 10, or 15...came back and said you should be numb now. I wasn't close yet. He took a scalpel and began slashing my gums open. Then took his pliers and grabbed my impacted tooth and began pulling and twisting it as hard as he could , he had to put his other hand over my face to use to push against for leverage. It came out, he stuffed a wad of gause to catch the blood, then began walking to the door, he said that I could leave now and check out at the desk. At that point I realized why a lady was crying going out the front door when id got there. I will never recommend that man to anyone else as long as I live. Hes just after the money as fast as he can make it. That is all thats important to him. If dont mind pain, and want quick treatment, hes your man... G. Sadler

Avoid Bright Now Dental!!!…read more I scheduled a routine exam + cleaning and confirmed multiple times my appointment for the cleaning--but they only did X-rays and told me I had to come back for the cleaning. Quoted $1200+ for a cleaning, not covered by insurance. Came back, hygienist was late (first appointment of the day), couldn't get the computer working, then tried to upsell extras. After all that, I was told they'd only clean my bottom teeth and I'd need yet another appointment for the top. Three appointments for a basic cleaning? I've now missed multiple mornings of work and still haven't had a cleaning. Disorganized, overpriced, and pushy. This is the worst dental experience I've ever had and I wish I would have read the reviews before making an appointment. Save yourself and go anywhere else!
