She referred me to an endontist for two root canals and gave me an appointment for two crowns afterwards to the tune of $6000+. Aside from sticker shock, I was uncomfortable doing that since they hadn't been able to see the problem on xray. Dr. Nawrocki has been our dentist since we moved to Cocoa Beach 13 years ago. I called him to get his opinion. He immediately called in a prescription for an antibiotic and advised me to let him know if that helped. 3 days later the pain was gone, so he said I could wait until I got back. 2 weeks later his x ray showed a large abscess on one tooth. 2 weeks and 1 root canal after that the problem was solved and I have two beautiful new crowns for 2/3 of the price I was quoted in Wisconsin. I'm so grateful to Dr. Nawrocki and his staff for their excellent care!

For someone who faints while giving blood, this experience could not have been easier! Surgery was seamless and my recovery was swift. I can't believe that I felt comfortable within a week after significant bone grafting. It was so successful, I ended up with 6 implants instead of just the minimum 4. This father & son "dynamic dental duo" provided me with completely orchestrated care across both offices and throughout the process. His secretary failed to add the invoice up correctly and undercharged me by $175.00. So a few days later I got a bill. When I asked how can I owe money when they collect after each appointment they explained it was THEIR fault. I said no big deal I will just pay for it over the phone. They said they don't except phone payments so I had to take time off of work to drive to his office to pay $175.00 because he refused to release my xrays to another dentist until I paid them which I had already attempted to do twice. When I got there the first time they were closed during normal businesses hours. So I had to make another attempt which meant more time off work and another drive to his office. What kind of dentist holds xrays hostage over $175.00 when the patient has already paid over 2k and tried on several occasions to pay the balance??? So when I finally got to my new dentist they informed me that Dr. Devins doesn't use email. He only uses the post office. Wth!?! What kind of dental practice in this day and age doesn't use email. I feel this was intentional just to prolong the dental work. He knew I was in pain and deliberately took longer to send the xrays. I find this man less than human. How he can call himself a doctor is beyond me. He is only in it for the money. I question his ethics or why he ever became a dentist in the first place. He would have been better suited as an ambulance chasing attorney. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist. Any other dentist. Just not this money hungry jerk.
