Like a lot of people, I never enjoyed going to the dentist (who does, right?), but Dr. Haley somehow made the entire long process of getting fillings, relaxing, seemingly short, and easy. She is so gentle, detailed, kind, and genuine, that I drove over an hour to see her to have some fillings done that I had been putting off because of the pandemic. She is an expert who truly loves helping her patients with their dental health, and it shines through in all that she does. I recommend her for both adults and children, as she is incredibly kind and caring to the tenth power. She uses some of the best BPA-free materials, and has newer technologies like DIAGNOdent to detect cavities accurately, which a lot of other dentists don't have. She also takes ample time for her patients, answers all questions, and never rushes her appointments. Her office also offers patients everything from themed rooms (Star Wars, Space, Music, etc.) herbal tea, blankets, and massage chairs, to Pandora music and ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix movies with headphones to pass time during dental treatments. Who would have thought going to the dentist for fillings would be on par with a spa day or a mini vacation. The staff is amazing and super kind as well; I could literally hear them smiling over the phone whenever I called to make an appointment. I contacted this dentist because my initial research pointed to their "compassionate" manner. I was disappointed by some of the answers to my questions, so I recognize it was not an easy call for her - but it was her use of the word "honey", and it's accompanied tone of voice, that lost my business. I am finding every option to leave reviews so the dental practice management can address this. Had this not occurred, I would have made an appointment after grumbling a little about redoing x-rays and other administrative items - and I have at least $5-$10k of dental work that needs to be performed, along with my husband's dental care. Dr. Cheney advised that I needed new veneers because my current ones were "too big". I was fine with that and paid 6k for two new teeth. Everything seemed fine until a few days later, one fell off,then the other, then they cracked in half, which he fixed (no real questions asked). Mind you. I don't eat rocks or do any extreme sports, and my previous veneers had been on for years with no issues, so when my left front tooth cracked again while I was getting a massage. I called the office and they informed me they would try to get me in a call back. They never did. (Despite front desk claiming she did, but never left a message? As I don't answer unknown numbers) When I called I was told I would have to pay for the visit , new X-rays, and the doctor would let me know how much for the fix, because (and I quote) "don't come to them for cleanings". And why would I when I can't even trust the fact my teeth aren't going to crack or fall off? Long story short, do not go to this practice.

The front desk and surgical staff were friendly, professional, and answered all of our pre and post procedure questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice as they are excellent. I cannot say that about other dental specialists in the area.

I had two (broken) wisdom teeth extracted last month and was able to have them successfully…read moreremoved. There were no complications and recovery was fairly quick for me (I also applied DMSO for faster healing.) I was shown what possible complications could potentially occur during surgery and what those options would be (just in case) before commitments were made. Everything went well and the contingencies were not needed. I did not have covering insurance, but the costs were not any more than my in-network insurance dentists had quoted. The latter may also be a reflection upon unscrupulous in-network dentists (name withheld) refusing to grant treatments without agreeing to unnecessary procedures, it is worth noting that I didn't have any unneeded options being pressed with this dentist, and I appreciate that honesty and professionalism. For the dentist and staff, thank you. There were no problems requiring follow-up!
