The first Implant specialist that I consulted saw my scans and said he couldn't do the surgery. He said "there's only one guy who can do this, this is a job for Kumar". I later learned that my first doctor had studied under Dr. Kumar, and he is in fact incredibly talented. Six months ago he told me this practice was his passion. Now, after months of complicated treatment, I have a full set of Zirconium teeth and permanent implants. Doctor Kumar is very dedicated and professional. His staff is pleasant and efficient. I won't deceive you, it is a difficult process, and requires huge amounts of patience, and trust, but it is worth it. I have none of the problems or inconvenience that come with dentures, and my ability to eat well, and speak well has been restored. I cannot thank Dr. Kumar and his staff enough for what they have done for me. I would recommend this practice to anyone with advanced dental problems.

Dr. Cheney advised that I needed new veneers because my current ones were "too big". I was fine with that and paid 6k for two new teeth. Everything seemed fine until a few days later, one fell off, then the other, then they cracked in half, which he fixed (no real questions asked). Mind you. I don't eat rocks or do any extreme sports, and my previous veneers had been on for years with no issues, so when my left front tooth cracked again while I was getting a massage. I called the office and they informed me they would try to get me in a call back. They never did. (Despite front desk claiming she did, but never left a message? As I don't answer unknown numbers) When I called I was told I would have to pay for the visit , new X-rays, and the doctor would let me know how much for the fix, because (and I quote) "don't come to them for cleanings". And why would I when I can't even trust the fact my teeth aren't going to crack or fall off? Long story short, do not go to this practice.

I contacted this dentist because my initial research pointed to their "compassionate" manner. I was disappointed by some of the answers to my questions, so I recognize it was not an easy call for her - but it was her use of the word "honey", and it's accompanied tone of voice, that lost my business. I am finding every option to leave reviews so the dental practice management can address this. Had this not occurred, I would have made an appointment after grumbling a little about redoing x-rays and other administrative items - and I have at least $5-$10k of dental work that needs to be performed, along with my husband's dental care. You all blew it. The front desk is your entry to patient care.

We were able to get everything done the same day, which was the BEST birthday present I have had in a long time! I am so grateful for everything they were able to accomplish in a short time. Like a lot of people, I never enjoyed going to the dentist (who does, right?), but Dr. Haley somehow made the entire long process of getting fillings, relaxing, seemingly short, and easy. She is so gentle, detailed, kind, and genuine, that I drove over an hour to see her to have some fillings done that I had been putting off because of the pandemic. She is an expert who truly loves helping her patients with their dental health, and it shines through in all that she does. I recommend her for both adults and children, as she is incredibly kind and caring to the tenth power. She uses some of the best BPA-free materials, and has newer technologies like DIAGNOdent to detect cavities accurately, which a lot of other dentists don't have. She also takes ample time for her patients, answers all questions, and never rushes her appointments. Her office also offers patients everything from themed rooms (Star Wars, Space, Music, etc.) herbal tea, blankets, and massage chairs, to Pandora music and ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix movies with headphones to pass time during dental treatments. Who would have thought going to the dentist for fillings would be on par with a spa day or a mini vacation. The staff is amazing and super kind as well; I could literally hear them smiling over the phone whenever I called to make an appointment. If heaven had a dentist office, Dr. Haley Freymiller would definitely be on the team; that's how awesome she is. Thank you to Dr. Haley and to everyone at the Smile Design & Wellness Center!
