Our five year old had broken her arm in a unusual spot that could not be placed in a traditional cast. To make a long story short, with the previous doctor we were never able to be fitted with an appropriate sling for her arm. With Dr. Shindell? We had a perfectly fitted sling in about ten minutes. Perhaps it was something any pediatric specialist could have done, but the gentle and knowledgeable way in which it was accomplished was exceptional. The office support staff is great, from the front desk to the x-ray technician. All very friendly and supportive. Dr. Shindell himself has a very calm and reassuring demeanor, which is just what we needed. We left feeling that we had found the best care possible for our little one and that she was now on her way to recovery.
