The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which set the tone right away. Ruth was my massage therapist, and she truly exceeded my expectations. I asked for a deep tissue massage with extra focus on my shoulders, and she delivered exactly what I needed. She was attentive, checked in about the pressure, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Ruth if you're looking for a quality massage!

Pedis here may not be the most relaxing if you're pregnant. Booked two pedis and the girls were…read moreboth so nice. However, the set up did not feel professional. I walked in and expected the standard nail salon recliners. Instead they were sofa chairs and you have to hold your feet up over the foot bath directly in front of the chair. For me it was okay, not super relaxing but not terrible, but I felt SO BAD for my sister. If you're pregnant, these chairs may be VERY UNCOMFORTABLE due to how close your knees are to your belly. The girl that did my nails did a good job, I just got a standard gel; single color. My sister got the same thing but her cuticles were so flooded she ended up going home and removing them. Again, super sweet girls but not all of them are giving $70 quality pedicures.

I had Cynthia and my husband had Valentina. From start to finish, the experience was great. While waiting for our room to be ready, we were able to take off our shoes and relax in slippers. They only have one bathroom, though, so be sure to give yourself extra time to use it before your appointment. The massage beds were heated, and both of our massages were clearly personalized with unique techniques. I didn't even realize I had knots in my chest, and the way she worked on my shoulder blades was unreal. We both agreed this was one of the best massages we've had in the past year. All of our friends also had great experiences, so I highly recommend getting a massage here if you're in the area.

I had my first Brazilian at Wax Me Too with Carrie in March. Since then I've tried out a few other…read morepeople/locations because of happenstance but after all of that, I can confidently say Carrie is the absolute best and I genuinely regret going anywhere else. Carrie gave me a rundown and what to expect before we started and was so respectful and understanding when I told her it was my first time. I was anxious but she came in with so much ease that it soothed me and I can't remember feeling awkward or shy which is a complete break in character for myself! Also, I was told that a brazilian is brutal and yes, I did a NC -17 rendition of the Steve Carrell waxing scene in the 40 year old virgin without even realizing. However, Carrie was so incredible and had such good humor about it and had some great tools to minimize pain and also to help with any possible ingrown hairs that after a few moments I was able to manage it so much better. This is the biggest difference with Carrie and all my other experiences getting waxed. With Carrie, I had about 0 ingrown hairs or redness but dealt with those issues when I went to other places even though I exfoliated and applied aloe/did the same post wax care I did for my first time. Honestly, I cannot believe I was such an idiot but because of where I was/ my situation I wasn't able to manage going to Carrie. But I will 100% make it work in the future because she's worth the effort. Don't make the same mistake I did! If you need to get waxed at all, schedule with Carrie because she is utterly extraordinary.
