This was verified by another injector and a Chief of Plastic Surgery. The staff has a listening problem-I told them repeatedly that I tend to get a low brow, that the last injector told me to never do my forehead again and they insisted saying it would give me a lift. They also recommended the eye cream $120. I recognized the brand and told them I had a full blown allergic reaction to that product as a body cream. They insisted I try it anyway. Again I had painful, itchy, scabbed rash that has scarred my torso. I don't recommend. LISTENING to their patients is an area for improvement.

When I called Mary Lou she promptly answered the phone and was a total sweetheart! I was interested in getting the Bridal Facial which was $120 but she was very honest that I should get the consultation which would be cheaper a little similar to what I wanted and was only $75. When you are a new client she sits down and has a one on one conversation about your goals and what you want to achieve; she also helps you find interventions that you can do at home yourself. Her care is very holistic and she doesn't believe in aggressive measures. She has a lot of products but she doesn't even pressure you to buy them at all. This woman really loves what she does and has her clients best interest at heart. My skin has a great glow and I love it! The whole process was very relaxing and her office is clean! Such a bummer I live so far away.... She is a must see if you're in the area and your skin is dry from all that skiing :)

'But wait there's more', after scoffing at the price, they will sell it to you for just $400 and throw in two face creams too. "But don't tell anyone about this really special deal your getting." Then they tell you you can save on the sales tax by shipping it and then you also don't have to worry about taking liquids on the plane. That's the real scam. I paid for it and then they never shipped the Wrinkle Eraser Syringe I paid for. I called for status on my order and of course they never called me back. Update: Finally received my product. Requested a UPS RA# to return defective face cream & unopened Wrinkle Eraser. Do not trust the company or brand. They won't take product back. No refunds.
