I am traveling through town and needed a mani pedi BAD! I called Pro nails while I was on the road and told her I could be there at 4:45. Knowing they close at 5:00. I was thrilled that they told me they would stay late to give me my 1-1/2 hr mani pedi. Now I'm coming from California , who shut down Mani peti back in oh I think mid February so these girls were up against some tough cuticles!! Not only were they accommodating they were nice Jenn was very sweet she did an amazing job probably better than what I get in California the price was about the same in California but it didn't matter it was amazing I felt great and I really needed it and again I really appreciate that she accommodated my schedule I would definitely recommend Pro Nail for anybody traveling in the states in an RV and you end up in Evanston Wyoming in a pinch for a fab mani pedi. this is where you need to go to! read more

My nails needed help, as it had been 3 wks since my last appt - done in my hometown before we left. I phoned Pro Nails on one day and got an appt for 1st thing the next day. I am new to the town and wanted to support the local nail talent. I was recommended to the salon by other locals. I walked in and there was no one in the salon and the owner was watching tv. I asked if she could apply acrylic to my nails. I instantly got the vibe that she seemed very annoyed that I was there. She came up with excuses not to do my nails, like she didn't have the colors I wanted or that my nails were too short. After asking her if it was an inconvenient time she said no and got her shoes on and told me to walk to a table/station. After trying to pick out colors she told me that she only took cash and could not see me today. Not even knowing if I had cash or not. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and the customer service at this particular salon was disappointing. I would definitely of made an appointment if need be but she was very pushy and annoyed immediately. I will definitely be making the drive to Park City to go somewhere else. read more
