First time customer and definitely a customer for life…read more Initially, I was searching Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to clean an area run one of our dogs recently threw up on. I created a message and sent it out to about 10+ local companies and although Thomas wasn't the first to respond, but he ended up being the best decision we could have made. Another company responded first and never got back to us so I went to the next message and it was from Thomas. After a few minutes explaining our situation and what we needed, they said they were available the very next day. I asked if I could add an additional room and he immediately agreed. Upon arrival, Another One Wipes The Dust was very friendly and professional. We showed them the rug and they started cleaning right away paying extra attention the stains and doing a thorough job. From there, we moved into the extra room that we added and they did a fantastic job on that as well. As they were finishing up, my wife asked if they could clean our upstairs hallway before leaving because one of our dogs peed on the carpet and since they had time, we paid the difference and ultimately couldn't be happier! No more stains, No more pee smell, and their prices were NOT outrageous unlike other businesses in the area. Thank You, Anothe One Wipes The Dust! Until next time..(yes, there will be a next time ha!)

We were still trying to move some of the furniture, he told me don't worry they'll finish up...(thank goodness) They did three rooms downstairs. All stains gone and carpets look amazing. I am thrilled to write this review for Full Service Carpet Care. From beginning to end, they…read moreexceeded my expectations. First, my project was a relatively small one. Several other companies wanted to charge considerably more because of the size of the job--which I completely understand. Full Service Carpet Care, however, treated my small project with the same level of professionalism, attention, and quality service as they would a much larger job. Second, the property was located in Hemet. Not many companies were willing to make the drive, and those that were wanted to add an additional trip charge. Full Service Carpet Care stepped up and took care of the job without making the distance or size of the project an issue. For those two reasons alone, they have earned my business and are now my go-to carpet cleaning company for both myself and my clients. If you're looking for carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, or upholstery cleaning for furniture or drapes, I highly recommend giving Full Service Carpet Care a call. Trust me, I've worked with other companies over the years. These guys are among the best in the business. Professional, dependable, reasonably priced, and willing to take care of the customer regardless of the size of the job. They've earned my review and, more importantly, my future business!
