I was fortunate enough to come from Green Bay to Red Granite and get my older cousin and we went for lunch and this theater to taking a show and had a great time together. In my younger years, I would go to the theater often. What I like about the theater is the staff was very helpful. The inside is very clean and they have many screens to watch a movie that you want to see. If getting your popcorn is a must for a soda or any good snacks they are plenty of staff to meet your order demands and they even have an area where you can order off your phone and then pick up your order Love the newer seating where you have an actual La-Z-Boy type share and care of just your seat tree viewing pleasure! Inside of our theater was very very clean. I like that we ordered our tickets off our phone and we just walked in scanned into our electronic seats, and we got to go to the theater in plenty of time to watch the previews before the movie started. Would recommend this theater to anybody like I said it's very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. This theater is conveniently located right off Highway 41. If you are in Oshkosh home of the EAA airshow convention or in town for one of the many draws, this city has the offer in the summer months like life, fast and country fast. We walked in the door the pleasant worker at the front asked if we purchased online tickets we told her yes and food, she stated she just needed to see them. We then proceeded to online pick up counter for food. My husband showed our order to the young man behind counter he handed our cups to him and yelled across to someone that we needed a refund with no further explanation. Unacceptable behavior, I asked another employee why we were unable to get our food and we're informed they do not serve food on Mondays, their website should not allow payment and should state that.

My wife had to get up after the movie started rolling and find someone to turn the lights down. The sound was left quiet -- as in at pre - preview level -- the whole time. Our cashier was bored stiff, uninterested and disengaged, as were the concessions folks. Hey, if you hate your job that much, find another line of work! Booo. I have better places to take my entertainment dollars. Next time I hear the theatre industry whining about declining revenue, I'll know why.

Well, it means if they are playing a PG movie, it's the same movie that plays for the matinees and all the way into the late evening all week long. I check weekly, I love going to the cinema, but they seem to cater more to children than adults since there aren't many adult showings. I don't want to see animated PG flicks late on Saturday evenings! Please change it up a bit! There are adults in nearby towns that would love to head over for late night adult showings, especially on the weekends!

Terrible Customer experience and customer service!…read more Sunday the 22nd of March, tried to see "Project Hail Mary" at the UltraScreen at the westhill Marcus Location. I bought a tickets online earlier in the week. My partner is paralyzed so this always works best as we can reserve the handicap seating. It was $35 with their $5 service fee. We got $30 worth of snacks when we got there and found our seats. First the theater was fridgidly cold, leave your winter jacket on cold. Then they started having issues with the trailers and the projector went dark. After only about 15 minutes they said the show was cancelled, we could go into the 1 pm showing in the regular theater. This didn't work for us, for seating and that was not what we paid for as that was a cheaper showing. No one explained refunds or anything like that till people started questioning things. No one seemed to know what was going on and the front house manager was running around all over the place. Finally we got our refund and we're then told we were going to eat the convenience fee. This totally felt like theft. We paid for a service and they couldn't provide. What did I pay a fee on, a chance to see a movie? This is ridiculous. Message customer support and got the most tobe deaf response back which I included. So, now if we want to see the same movie again, reserve seats, we will be paying roughly about $65 again(food and entry), for the same movie, after paying $35 already for a service fee and two drinks and two snacks that are anything better than gas station fare. So, that $100 for two people to see one movie at an outdated theater that can't afford heat apparently or working equipment. Gross

I get it, you were busy. Then w/ an hour of movie left, I had to use the restroom so my son said I should refill the popcorn since our combo included that & I was going that way. He then tells me that my language won't be tolerated & threatened to kick me out. Yeah, I was upset & used the word $hi@ but the statement was," get your $hi@ together", which is what they needed to do. Yes, poor choice of words on my part so I correct my language and used the word crap instead of $hi@ & proceed to go finish watching the movie. When it was over, the manager (Edward) & his side kick were waiting at concessions to tell me on my way out that they had no idea why I was upset because they checked the bathroom & they all had toilet paper. Like what? You waited to call me out? Yeah, because my hobby is going to theatres & lying about bathrooms not having toilet paper. Who does that & how did Edward even become manager with that mind set? Manager Edward & his sidekick need to re-prioritize their nightly chore list & Edward needs to learn some customer service skills. Waiting to call out a customer who was not lying is OUTRAGIOUS!
