If you have a bad experience at this place, it's more than likely your own fault. Great power recliners and clean facility. Premium sound that I've heard has been asked to be turned down at times. The 3D showings and matinee offerings with classics being thrown in the mix means there's almost always something to go see. And "yes, extra butter!"

I was fortunate enough to come from Green Bay to Red Granite and get my older cousin and we went for lunch and this theater to taking a show and had a great time together. In my younger years, I would go to the theater often. What I like about the theater is the staff was very helpful. The inside is very clean and they have many screens to watch a movie that you want to see. If getting your popcorn is a must for a soda or any good snacks they are plenty of staff to meet your order demands and they even have an area where you can order off your phone and then pick up your order Love the newer seating where you have an actual La-Z-Boy type share and care of just your seat tree viewing pleasure! Inside of our theater was very very clean. I like that we ordered our tickets off our phone and we just walked in scanned into our electronic seats, and we got to go to the theater in plenty of time to watch the previews before the movie started. Would recommend this theater to anybody like I said it's very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. This theater is conveniently located right off Highway 41. If you are in Oshkosh home of the EAA airshow convention or in town for one of the many draws, this city has the offer in the summer months like life, fast and country fast. Make sure you stop in and taking a show. If you have time, this will be the place to go! Until the next review, Steve-O out. Enjoy the pics

They show mostly classic cinema here, crossing all genres from Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin to Ghostbusters and Caddyshack. It is a great and inexpensive (3 bucks) way to spend a weekend evening, and it is really a treat to see older classic films back on the big screen. No matter how BA you think your home theatre set up might be, there is no substitute for the true movie experience for something like Citizen Kane, Lawrence of Arabia or On the Waterfront. They are closed for a couple months during the winter, but during the warmer months they tend to have a theme of showings for a given set of weekends; Slasher films, old comedies, horror classics, etc. Also a good place to take a date. Even if you happen to hate classic cinema, you can at least pretend as though you have an appreciation for it so you can appear sophisticated. As a final side note, they show the Rocky Horror Picture show once each season also, and it brings out the fanatical types for the film like a small army of escaped mental patients. If your instagram feed is in need of some shock value, look no further.

They have also done Friday Freak Nights playing a lot of classic and old horror films for free! Recently they've been playing other films besides horror. This is a small, non-profit theater. It's a great addition to downtown Oshkosh. Most movies they show are free or just a few bucks. I catch myself donating $5 because it support the theater and I'm still paying less than going to a regular movie theater.

I'm far more accustomed to the rural drive-in movies with great furrows with hills to angle your car on, but this has a distinctive charm. Cars are free to park wherever they would like, though I'd recommend taller vehicles park farther from the screen for the sake of us smaller sedans. Inside the building, there are bathrooms and some arcade games. There's a concessions counter, but I brought my own snacks, so no need to look too closely. I did see posters for pizza! The "doors" opened at 6:30pm when the movie started closer to 9pm. We were the first in the pot when we showed up at 6:40pm, so we took a drive around the charming town to return closer to 7:30pm. Maybe half a dozen cars in the lot. There was even a puppy in the bed of the pick-up that parked next to us! The location: 40ish miles outside Green Bay 75ish miles outside Milwaukee 100ish miles outside Madison For those willing to make the drive out of the city, this drive-in is delightful. Located in a small town in Calumet County. The service: Quick and efficient! Pretty laid-back! The price: $6 for a double feature? Is there really a better deal than that? I was delighted. For this unique experience, we got our money's worth and more. Next time: I hope they show a classic flick, there's something delicious about 80s and older films at the drive-in. Why yes, I do intend to return!

Terrible Customer experience and customer service!…read more Sunday the 22nd of March, tried to see "Project Hail Mary" at the UltraScreen at the westhill Marcus Location. I bought a tickets online earlier in the week. My partner is paralyzed so this always works best as we can reserve the handicap seating. It was $35 with their $5 service fee. We got $30 worth of snacks when we got there and found our seats. First the theater was fridgidly cold, leave your winter jacket on cold. Then they started having issues with the trailers and the projector went dark. After only about 15 minutes they said the show was cancelled, we could go into the 1 pm showing in the regular theater. This didn't work for us, for seating and that was not what we paid for as that was a cheaper showing. No one explained refunds or anything like that till people started questioning things. No one seemed to know what was going on and the front house manager was running around all over the place. Finally we got our refund and we're then told we were going to eat the convenience fee. This totally felt like theft. We paid for a service and they couldn't provide. What did I pay a fee on, a chance to see a movie? This is ridiculous. Message customer support and got the most tobe deaf response back which I included. So, now if we want to see the same movie again, reserve seats, we will be paying roughly about $65 again(food and entry), for the same movie, after paying $35 already for a service fee and two drinks and two snacks that are anything better than gas station fare. So, that $100 for two people to see one movie at an outdated theater that can't afford heat apparently or working equipment. Gross

Spend the extra gas money & go to the Marcus cinema in Oshkosh. Our venture started w/ buying the large popcorn 2 large drink combo & being told there was no ice for our drinks because they were too busy & ran out. So we had 2 large drinks & no ice. Ok. Whatever. I get it, you were busy. Then w/ an hour of movie left, I had to use the restroom so my son said I should refill the popcorn since our combo included that & I was going that way. I ran into a worker on my way & confirmed that we were entitled to a refill but was told that the concessions stand was closed so although I was entitled to a refill, I couldn't get it. What? So I throw my bucket away & proceeded to use the restroom. Each stall in the bathroom has room for 4 rolls of toilet paper & the 1st 3 stalls I go into are empty. No toilet paper. What? The theater is packed & no toilet paper? Totally felt like I was at the bar, not seeing a movie with my family. I did find a stall that had one roll so I guess that was a win. Then I go to fill my drink & still no ice so at this point I ask to talk to the manager. The employee tells me he's busy. What? Holy cow! So as I am walking back to my seat I see a young man sweeping up popcorn in the hallway & yell down asking if he's the manager. He says yes. So sweeping up popcorn is more important than dealing with customers? I tell him that he needs to get his $hi@ together because our movie is going to let out in less than an hour & the girls are going to want to use the restroom & would likely want to use toilet paper. He then tells me that my language won't be tolerated & threatened to kick me out. Yeah, I was upset & used the word $hi@ but the statement was," get your $hi@ together", which is what they needed to do. Yes, poor choice of words on my part so I correct my language and used the word crap instead of $hi@ & proceed to go finish watching the movie. When it was over, the manager (Edward) & his side kick were waiting at concessions to tell me on my way out that they had no idea why I was upset because they checked the bathroom & they all had toilet paper. Like what? You waited to call me out? Yeah, because my hobby is going to theatres & lying about bathrooms not having toilet paper. Who does that & how did Edward even become manager with that mind set? Manager Edward & his sidekick need to re-prioritize their nightly chore list & Edward needs to learn some customer service skills. Waiting to call out a customer who was not lying is OUTRAGIOUS! I dont think it's at all unreasonable to expect some ice, popcorn (that I paid for) & toilet paper after spending almost $100 in an establishment. WORST experience I've had in a very long time!
