Our server, Nate, delivered true five-star service--attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time without ever being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the staff for how respectfully and professionally they treated my wife's medical alert task-trained service dog. That level of understanding and accommodation means a lot to us, and they handled it perfectly. Now let's talk about the food--absolutely incredible. The Greek pork chops were hands down some of the best we've ever had--perfectly cooked, flavorful, and incredibly fresh. The Greek chicken breast with rice was just as impressive--juicy, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully. And to top it all off, the tiramisu was outstanding--light, fresh, and the perfect sweet finish to an already amazing meal. It is an attractive space with lots of varnished wood. We were here late morning and there was a decent crowed. I had a stack of pancakes and my wife had a Scrambler. My pancakes were very good, and her Scrambler was great. I love the smashed potatoes at the bottom of the bowl. Prices are reasonable and service is very friendly. The patrons are all very nice. The walls, ceiling, and windows are all hard surfaces that reflect sound. I asked for all the hides be saved and I never got any back. I requested roasts be cut and never received any. The packaging was all over the board. Weights were not indicated on the packages and varied from 7 oz to 2 lbs 15 oz. when I weighed them myself at home. The meat was also not frozen; several packages were bloody and smelled foul...I had to throw away many pounds. I spend a lot of time and money hunting each year, the last thing I want is for a butcher to ruin the meat. I will not be bringing any more deer to this processor. Obvious language barrier with owner. And according to my brother in law...his sausage isn't anything to write home about either.

I eventually decided on just having him grind 30 lbs of the meat and give me 50 lbs of meat to bring to someone else so i can have them make what i want. Going to give me the roasts, loins, and backstraps. 180 bucks for processing and then i have to pay more to have someone make me sausage. (-25 for cape taking the head for a mount) I will update as soon as i get the rest back in three weeks or so. Looks like the business is under new ownership and the website misrepresents the actual business.
