I ordered the bibimbap bowl with fried cauliflower, cucumbers and onions, shredded carrots and daikon, and kimchi fried rice. The cauliflower was easily the star here! Though the fried rice and other accompaniments could use a bit more flavor and texture. That said, the BBQ was A+. I added a side of brisket, and it was probably some of the best brisket I've ever had. It's a thicker cut and melts in your mouth. My husband and FIL also raved about the wings.
